Genial, volvería a repetir sin dudarlo

I can not recommend this hotel enough. From the moment we got there the staff were all amazing. The hotel and grounds are well kept and pristine. The room we had was a good size with everything you needed and cleaned daily. All the cleaning ladies were friendly and polite and did a good job. The restaurant had an amazing selection of good quality and fresh food. All the chiefs were happy to help and friendly. A big shout out to the main dude xiavier (not sure this is correct) he was attentive and got to know everyone, nothing was a problem for him. The pool and surrounding area is so clean and immaculate. There’s evening entertainment, with different acts to cater for everyone. The beach and shops are just a 3min walk away with a pharmacy and other shops near the marina about 20mins walk. If your looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay this is the perfect hotel.

We visited in May half term and enjoyed our stay. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a pool view, the room had a nice size living room in between with small kitchen area (including fridge, plates, cups, sink), 2 bathrooms, air con and terrace. My kids loved the hotel pool, the kids pool wasn't very deep but would be good for toddlers. The main pool slopes on one side so lots of space for them to play before getting to the deeper end. Lots of sun loungers. The hotel was a mix of English, German and other European families. The buffet breakfast and dinner was great, lots of choice. At dinner always pasta with different sauces, pizza, large salad bar, a grill, selection of desserts, ice cream and fruit. The hotel was 5 mins walk from the nearest sandy beach, and about 10/15 mins walk from the main Cala en Bosch beach. A great holiday!

We had an amazing holiday at Playa Club. The guests were mainly young couples from all over Europe with small children so relatively quiet. The facilities at the hotel were excellent and our room and the rest of the hotel spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety to choose from. The outdoor pool area was as large with plenty of sun beds and no towels out keeping sun beds which was good. The staff were all very good, efficient, polite and friendly. It was my birthday during our stay and I was pleasantly surprised on the morning of my birthday to the young man from reception at our door with a birthday cake including candle and matches! What a lovely touch. We will definitely be back to this fabulous hotel.

Loved everything about it. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Karla on reception desk. The facilities were great, especially the pools. The location was perfect. A short nature walk to the lovely beach. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. The hotel rooms were clean and well equipped. The hotel grounds and layout were lovely. Very spacious and set in beautiful grounds with lots of flowers and trees and greenery. My family and I were very happy with our 5 days there.

Fantastic hotel with brilliant staff. The grounds are very attractive and well-maintained and the main pool is a good size with plenty of beds available throughout the day. Our room was comfortable, spacious and cleaned daily. The hotel is a short walk to the nearest beach and there's also plenty of street parking for rental cars. We loved the buffet breakfast. Only very minor negatives to pick out. We used the spa facilities on one day when a storm hit; unfortunately the steam room wasn't working and the indoor pool was colder than expected. The kitchenette in the room would also benefit from some basics like salt - it felt wasteful to only use a fraction of the smallest salt we could find at the supermarket. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a hotel that exceeded expectations.
