This is the third time we’ve stayed in Cime des Arcs as a group of 2 families. The apartments we’ve stayed in had amazing views over the slopes of 2000 and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and you can order pastries to your door each morning. The building is ski-in-ski-out - just a very short way from the boot room door to the top of the slopes. For the bigger apartments, they do need bigger/another ski locker as space was very tight and we needed to bring some boots to our room.

Lovely comfortable and cosy accommodation. Great pool and sauna facilities. Friendly staff. Really close to everything - brilliant location! Only slight downsides were the sauna was out of action for 2 days and that was the main reason we booked the place, and the underfloor heating was way too hot for Easter and it wasn’t possible to turn it down yourself.

Great locations for ski in ski out skiing. And highly recommend Skimuim opposite for ski hire. Excellent service. The apartment was great value for money but lacked two easy to remedy things. A heated towel rail for the lack of towels. One each is not enough when’s swimming pool so constantly damp. Also a tea cloth or oven glove is missing from the inventory. Getting things out the oven with a ski sock isn’t great. I found the double bed far too hard, but that is personal preference. Staff lovely. We stayed last week of ski season and were incredibly lucky with the snow. But majority of cafes and restaurants had shut. Supermarket also very low on stock. So be prepared for a visit to Bourg as 1800 and 1600 even less open.

Excellent location right near the slopes with a nice view on the slopes as well. The living room furniture is already very outdated, the sofas need to be replaced. Otherwise everything else was fine. Beds comfortable, kitchen equipment fully sufficient for 12 people. Staff at reception helpful, bakery delivery works perfectly. Ski room not sufficient for ski equipment for 12 people (appartment N.52).

The perfect location and base for a family skiing holiday. The rooms, the carpark, the pool and the breakfast deliveries help to make the perfect family holiday! We had a great experience - the team at the desk are always there to help with any queries including how to book for next year!

Excellent location right near the slopes with a nice view on the slopes as well. Easy accessible with parking location right underneath. We were pleasantly surprised that our apartment was already available before the official check-in time. Some small remarks make this a 4 instead of 5 star review: Only a couple of bright lights available in the apartment. No mood lights. The cooking pans were a bit botched. Lack of dish brush. All in all can certainly recommend this apartment.
