The check-in on Oct. 19th was a nightmare. I waited over 5 minutes while the clerk was taking a reservation in the back office. She had the customer on speaker phone and I heard his entire credit card number. She then greeted me with a terse "hi" and informed me they didn't have my reservation. I showed her my ******* confirmation and told her I was concerned that I would be billed for a no-show. She would not address this and just kept repeating that they didn't have my reservation and finally threatened to call Security. She refused to let me speak to a manager. She did give me a room at the same rate, and I had to call ******* myself to cancel the reservation. The next morning a more professional woman at the desk assured me I was not billed for a no-show. She did express concern at how I was treated and apologized. Also my TV indicated "your receiver is not connected" and so rather than deal with the clerk a second time I went without TV during my stay.
