호스탈 레알 아란후에스(Hostal Real Aranjuez)

We stayed with the family of 4 persons one night in the family room with 2 bedrooms conected.In the room there was only 2 blankets for 3 beds.On of us should sleep just with the bed sheet.Only 3 electric outlet in 2 rooms and one of thems was out of service.From two entrence doors, only one we could close with the key.We didn't feel in security for our personal bags and things when we live the room.The baddest experience in our life in hotels for breakfast!!!! Just nothing to eat,only coffee was served!!!!! We waited 30 minutes!!!! The staff of bar is unfriendly and You feel You disturbing thems.So we left the hotel hungry.Only good point was the receptionist men who was helpful.

Staff very friendly. We enjoyed the tostada and coffee for breakfast. Hotel undergoing renovations at the moment - it will be even better when finished!

If it wouldn't be very friendly staff, I'd give it one star. Leaking shower dripping all day and night, shower tray need a bit of silicone to stop puddles to appear in the bathroom, flickering lights in the bathroom, all that is nothing compared how noisy it is. It literally feels like you sleeping outside. Whilst it's a very busy street that stays up till 1pm, than you have all the rest of madness going on there, like bikers, drunken people and rubbish collection (yes that's done overnight) Breakfast included?... Well you'll get toast with jam or tomato paste with coffee or hot chocolate and orange juice, that's all! Parking is available for extra charge (if you lucky to find space) or for free further away. It's one of them "never again" hotels.

Lovely little hostal right in the centre. Rooms are compact but ideal as we were only there for one night. Staff were friendly and the WiFi connection was great. Bar next door gets really busy at lunchtimes and they weren't over keen to give us our tapa with our drinks but don't let that put you off. Lovely town!

It’s centrality.

Hostal pésimo. Nos tocó una habitación diminuta, q cuando abrias la puerta ya estabas en la cama. No tiene nada q ver con las fotos. Si te reservan una habitación diminuta deberian indicarlo, ya q se supone estas pagando x una habitación en la que puedes moverte sin tropezar con la cama. La ventana daba al patio de vecinos, x no decirte el ruido q había en los pasillos. En lugar de relax, te vas con ansiedad. Precio excesivo por una habitación de muñecas. Deberían controlar más el ruido q había, parecían caballos trotando. Precio calidad malisimo. Tomadura de pelo.

El hotel en general está bien. Excelente ubicación y limpio y con muebles relativamente nuevos. Quise dejar mi bolso un par de horas luego del check out y no tienen consigna. Poco útil entonces ya que si tienes equipaje y quieres hacer una visita por el palacio que está muy cerca, no puedes dejarlos en el hotel.

Ha sido un muy buen hotel, lo que mejoraría es que en la segunda habitación el Aire acondicionado 1 para las 2 habitaciones no es suficiente y seria mejor uno en cada habitación. de resto todo muy bien, cómodo limpio y seguro.

Cama correcta. Buena ducha y desayuno. Fotos engañosas nada que ver con lo que es una habitacion standar.
