경고 예약하기 전에 꼭 읽어주세요 —— 이 엉망진창 같은 호텔을 선택하기 전에 꼭 읽고 숙제를 하세요. 저와 제 파트너는 2022년 이후로 트립어드바이저에 리뷰가 없는 것이 이상하다고 생각했습니다!! 모든 리뷰 또는 대부분의 리뷰가 "소유자"가 쓴 것이라는 점도 이제는 말이 됩니다. 모든 리뷰가 소유자가 얼마나 훌륭한지 말하고 있습니다. 모든 부정적인 리뷰는 지워졌습니다(현재 이 문제를 조사하고 있는 트립어드바이저에 불만을 제기했습니다). 저희는 경고하고자 합니다. 이곳을 예약하면 후회하게 될 것입니다. 저희는 러브 홀리데이를 통해 예약했고, 사진을 보면 이 쓰레기장이 괜찮아 보입니다. 매우 오해의 소지가 있습니다!! '소유자'가 말했듯이 '저는 제 웹사이트를 사람들에게 좋게 보이게 만듭니다. 웹사이트가 엄청난 사기꾼이었고 우리가 일주일 동안 살았던 곳과는 전혀 달랐기 때문에 저희도 전적으로 동의합니다. 저희는 오전 1시경에 도착했는데, 픽업 기사가 카사파키스 아파트에 도착했다고 말했을 때 농담을 한 줄 알았습니다! 픽업 차량에서 내리자 완전히 황폐해졌습니다. 영어: 프런트/리셉션은 완전히 역겹게 생겼습니다. 마치 오래되고 버려진 레스토랑 같습니다. 우리는 아무도 없는 텅 빈 리셉션에서 약 5분 동안 기다렸지만, 이는 이른 아침이었기 때문이라고 생각했습니다. 작은 리셉션 구역은 담배 냄새가 났습니다. 낡고, 저속하고, 더러웠습니다. 좋은 시작이 아니었습니다. '주인' 마이클이 우리를 맞이하고 우리의 연락처를 받았습니다. 그는 우리가 그와 이야기를 나눈 지 5분 안에 왜 객실을 업그레이드하지 않았는지 물었습니다. 누구나 그렇듯이 우리는 방금 도착했고 웹사이트가 보기에 좋아서 당시에는 선택한 숙박 시설에 계속 머물게 되어 기뻤다고 말했습니다. 우리는 그 이상은 할 수 없었습니다. '주인'은 밤당 7유로의 추가 요금으로 에어컨을 원하는지 물었습니다. 너무 늦었기 때문에 우리는 그저 잠을 자고 싶었고, 내일이나 주중에 필요한지 여부를 결정하겠다고 말했습니다. 이때 '주인'은 이에 문제가 없었고 '알려주세요'라고 말했습니다. 우리는 어디로 가야 하는지 안내를 받고 객실로 향했습니다. 방으로 가는 길에 조명이 없고, 고양이와 고양이의 구토물/대변이 도처에 있습니다. 우리는 방에 들어갔고, 이곳을 예약하기로 한 결정에 화가 났고, 이 호텔을 선택한 것이 큰 실수였다는 것을 깨달았습니다. 방은 기본을 넘어 역겹고, 이전 투숙객이 청소한 것 같지 않았습니다. 시트와 베개에 피가 묻어 있었고, 친절한 청소부는 내가 시트 없이 탄력 있는 매트리스에서 불편한 밤을 보낸 다음 날 이것을 교체했고, 침대는 싸고 바닥에 너무 낮았습니다. 욕실이라고 부르면 충격적입니다. 샤워는 문자 그대로 쟁반(작은 쟁반)이고 대부분 부분에 녹이 슬어 있는 손으로 잡을 수 있는 샤워 헤드가 있습니다. 싱크대에는 플러그가 없고, 주방에는 전혀 주방용품이 없습니다. 그래서 일주일이 지나면서 밤에 모기에게 물렸습니다. 더위 때문에 밤새 문과 셀 창문(욕실 창문)을 열어야 했고 '주인'이 에어컨을 거부했기 때문입니다.

I do not recommend this hotel. Its awful. Full of cats wifi is non existent .bathroom floods when showering. Curtain is pitiful. Noise from hotel next door is so loud. Its hotter than hell. The beds are so uncomfortable. We complained and we left . the hotel refused to refund us . We are allergic to cats . They allow them in the hotel. Its awful. Its disgusting. We've been treated unfairly. My hard earned money was spent on this dump. Book at your peril.

Needed an extra room for a week and this place was basic but fine. Room cleaned 4 times in 7 nights, right on the coast. Would recommend if you are ok with basic no frills, of you want something for the family it will disappoint. Swimming pool was fine, place was quiet.

Me and my partner found it strange how there was no reviews on trip advisor since 2022!! It also makes sense now that all the reviews or majority of them are written by “the owner” if you notice they all say how great the owner is. All the negative reviews have been erased, (currently have an open complaint with trip advisor who are looking into this matter). We are trying to warn you, if you book this you will regret it. We booked through love holidays and let me say the pictures make this dump site look ok. Very misleading!! As the ‘owner’ says ‘I make my website look good for people. We couldn’t agree more as the website was a huge catfish and nothing like what we lived in for a week. We arrived at around 1am, we thought the transfer-driver was joking when he said we had arrived at kasapakis apartments! We got off our transfer and felt completely devastated. The front/reception looks absolutely disgusting, Like an old abandoned restaurant. We waited in an empty reception with no one around at all for approximately 5 minutes but put this down to it being early hours of the morning. The little reception area stinks of cigarettes. It’s old , tacky and dirty. Not a great start. Michael ‘the owner’ greeted us and took our details, he asked why we didn’t upgrade our room within the first five minutes of speaking to him. As anyone would - we said we had only just arrived and that the website looks lovely so was at the time happy to remain in the accommodation we selected. We couldn’t of been further from that. ‘The owner’ asked if we wanted air conditioning at an extra charge of 7euros per night, as it was so late we just wanted to sleep and said we would decide if we needed it or not tomorrow or later in the week. At this time ‘the owner’ had no issue with this and told us to ‘let me know’. We were directed where to go and made our way to our room. There is no lighting on the walkway up the path to the rooms, with cats and cat sick / faeces everywhere. We entered our room and was upset with the decision we made to book this place and realised we had made a huge mistake in selecting this hotel. The room is beyond basic and disgusting, it didn’t look like it had been cleaned from the previous guests. There was blood on the sheet and pillow, the lovely cleaner changed these the following day after I spent an uncomfortable night on a springy mattress with no sheet and the beds are cheap and so low to the ground. The bathroom if you call it that, is shocking. The shower is literally a tray ( a small tray) with a hand held shower head with rust in most areas. No plugs for the sinks, no utensils at all for the kitchen area. So as the week went on, we were getting bit my the mosquitos at night as we had to have the doors and cell window ( bathroom window ) open all night due to the heat and being refused air conditioning by the ‘owner’.
