We had a lot of noise in our room. We complained already 30 minutes after checkin, but the employee told us it will stop around 11, because it was the a/c from the shop connected to our room. This noise stopped at 02.45 instead of 11 and destroyed our night

Hotel is well placed on the main tiny shopping street of cute Vassiliki. This is a great advantage, however also a disadvantage, as room was incredibly noisy till late in the night. Hotel itself was noisy and every door closing was highly echoing. Room was clean and tidy, even thought the towels were not changed every day and some days were forgotten completely. Clima was barely functioning which made the nights very hot and difficult to sleep. The pool was not tempting at all, very small and not appealing. The breakfast was offered in the pool area, however in a small room and served on the terrace. What was offered was very poor and quite anaesthetically presented. All in all our stay was pleasant and the staff very helpful and friendly, however definitely this hotel is not a 4 stars one. 2 maybe 3 stars would be sufficient.

A total waste of money and bud reputation for Greek hospitality. First of all the room we booked was for 4 persons and it was a measly 2 bed room with a very uncomfortable couch. As for the fact that we've been charged 15€/Person/day for dinner. First night we paid in total 60€ for a plate of moussaka accompanied with a Greek salad and a bottle of water, the owner told me that this is normal! The second night that we asked to cancel the dinner and ask for a refund the hotel tried to force us and pay for it. As for the checkout the owner tried to charge me additional costs as he claimed that my booking didn't include breakfast!! A totally rude and unprofessional behaviour from a "wannabe" 4 Star hotel. The even more outrageous fact is that the hotel still have money deducted from my debit card and they even cancelled my booking on *********** so I can't write a review. DO NOT visit this hotel as it is overpriced and people running it are totally unprofessional. There are plenty of other options to stay in Vassiliki.

We had a wonderful time. We hired a car directly from the airport and car hire is a great recommendation. You can hire cars at the hotel too. The location is perfect if you want to stay in a nice quiet town with options to go places. It is a nice family run business. The staff are very friendly nothing is too much bother. If you want good tips about the island and places to visit, George is your man. They have a sister holiday grand Nefelli which is 2 mins from the beach and you can make use of their facilities. I love the fact that the hotel is so central. Each room has a balcony and there are places at the front and rear to sit out in the open too.

This is a great hotel. I liked it so much when I visited in 2022, that I decided to return in 2023. The staff are very pleasant and accomodating. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The balconies are spacious. The area is great for dining and visiting the best beaches of the island. It is a 1 minute walk to the Ktel station to connect you to Lefkada Town to return to Athens. I look forward to returning.
