Clean small Premier Inn at Telford North, good free parking onsite and very friendly and helpful staff. Despite being adjacent to a MacDonalds Drive Thru we had a very good and quiet nights sleep.

Great location choice of places to eat in the area a pub takeaways etc great staff very helpful and friendly.

5* staff, very welcoming and friendly, with a spacious clean room, as always! Would recommend for a quick stop, located well. Breakfast and dinner was also very nice. WiFi had good connection and tea and coffee facilities replenished daily.

Well up to Premier Inn standard! Clean, comfortable and easy to get to. Check in staff were very helpful. Good - breakfast etc was available at the nearby Brewers Fayre Clock Tower restaurant. The breakfast was excellent - good ingredients, well cooked - and Gail our waiter very welcoming. All in all, this has been an excellent choice for a stopover.

I have just spent two weeks staying at the Telford North Hotel it's not nice being away from home but I was made to feel welcome by all the staff nothing was a problem to them. The rooms were basic but clean. I had my meals in the brewery fair just across the carpark. The breakfast menu had a good choice and again the staff were very nice with a nice good morning and a smile when you arrived. Thanks again everyone keep up the good work.

We booked a second night adding onto our stay and found it very expensive. the receptionist told me this was because of things going on in the area. However, the room was really clean and just what we needed and expected. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. The hotel is tucked away from any busy roads so makes for a great nights sleep. Very friendly and efficient. Food was great. Gail was very good, and chef Karl cooked a fab brekkie. Lots of food options to suit everyone. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. It was nice and quiet, a little out of town which suits. Check in was slick and organised.

Clean, tidy, very spacious, reception area well lit and spacious, staff very friendly and polite and happy to help. Room was a fab size for a family, close to shops and the restaurant. Overall amazing

We needed a hotel near family with accessible features (my partner is in a wheelchair and needs a wet room) This hotel ticked those boxes, but not only that, the reception staff were all friendly, helpful and pleasant. The room and the bathroom were very clean and everything we needed was there. We will be staying there on a fairly regular basis for a while, and I feel confident knowing we have somewhere that we are very happy with.
