This house has everything you need for a nice stay. We have equipped the house with essentials you may need such as utensils and cooking pans cups and plates etc.
Bathrooms are also equipped with essentials such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash etc. we have a 55” tv on each room
The area is very safe and quiet. Stove and refrigerator dish washer

• 18 minutes - from Jordan lake state recreation
•17 minutes- from carolinas Tiger Rescue
we have a propane fire pit and a propane tank but guest is responsible for propane refill. Everything was wonderful. A little gem walking distance to town. The house was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. Can’t wait to stay again when we come back to Apex.

We loved this little house! It was close to downtown Apex and walking distance to restaurants and local shops. Very quiet peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We loved the outdoor porch area too! Overall we would highly recommend this house!

Very Quaint Cottage
It was perfect for my husband and I. The location was perfect for walking into Apex for dinner or a morning coffee. We loved the cozy ambiance of the living room which was created by the thoughtfully decorated Christmas tree and shimmer lights added to the back of TV.The 2nd bedroom was not good for a 2nd couple to stay.
Appropriate for 2small children. Overall, we had a lovely time &enjoyed meeting the host of the property.

Great little spot
Convenient to pretty much any area in RTP and within walking distance to great food and a brewery. Everything’s was great. Very clean. Coffee pods was very thoughtful. My only suggestion is to replace the box spring on the bed it creaks really loud when you roll over. Other than that everything was perfect.

There was only one roll of toilet paper
There was no bottle opener
Mattress on bottom bunk needs to be replaced very uncomfortable
The home was very well maintained clean & very cozy great location
Easy & reasonable arrival & departure rules
Would definitely stay there again & make recommendations
