Minimum 3 night rental, longer stays are welcome.This studio condo is located across the street from Sawgrass private beach access. You will have access to Sawgrass Private Beach and a community pool (1.5m from condo). Renovated condo with High vaulted ceilings, screened in private porch, high speed wifi, built in desk for a fantastic remote work experience. Full kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Keurig Coffee maker. Stacked washer and dryer. Bathroom has a separate vanity area, closet for your clothing etc, and a new walk in shower. Two beach chairs and beach towels are provided. This Studio sleeps 4 people. One queen bed and one pull out sofa. Centrally located to area activities, grocery stores, shops, restaurants! Close to TPC Players, Jacksonville,TIAA Bank Field, Mayo Clinic, PV Concert Hall, St.Augustine and Amelia Island.
