However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure. • If the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest, would leave the apartment in, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be assessed. • Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks. These are free and please indulge yourself to your desire. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish.
