Our newly-renovated luxury second floor apartment boasts an incredibly convenient location less than a minute’s walk from the Costa Coffee on Torquay's bustling high street and five minutes' walk to the marina with its excellent choice of restaurants, bars, theatre and entertainment. Despite this central location, the apartment is remarkably quiet and peaceful, on a residential street with private off-street parking (very rare for central Torquay), and offering views over the lower part of the town out towards the harbour. The apartment is unique and full of character in a house dating from the 1850s that well-demonstrates the Torquay practice of building up against the rock face of the valleys in which the town is built. This really is an amazing little hideaway, with all of Torquay’s amenities literally on the doorstep, and yet also a great base from which to explore the rest of Torbay and South Devon. Entirely refurbished during the winter of 2024, with a new fitted kitchen and a high standard of internal decoration, the apartment is well equipped, dog friendly and boast high speed WiFi and use of a small shared raised garden to catch some afternoon sun. Please note that this apartment is on the second floor and is accessed via stairs.
