My tv was not entering channels, or using guide properly. So went to desk to discuss, thought most likely batteries were weak. She called the lame weak maintenance person. He looked at tv, said it was the gadget at bottom and turned the channels with remote 6” away. I laughed I want to be able to change channels in bed, LIKE AT HOME!! Told him to bring me a functional tv. Didn’t!!! Told desk clerks, I need a functioning tv , bring one from another room. She said I don’t know which room? I said any room not in use and has a tv that DOES WORK!!! I need a refund

Hotel was wonderful! Hard to find at first since it's at the back of the restaurants & sign can't be read from the road. But the hotel was even better than expected. I would stay here again.

The room was next to the freeway and it was very loud at night and hard to sleep over the noise.

Property situated beside a freeway on one side and a busy road on the other VERY noisy. Bed was rock hard and room smelled of urine. On the plus side they had a lovely breakfast.

To preface, we’ve stayed at Country Inn and Suites hotels throughout the country and have always been satisfied with the accommodations. We were extremely disappointed though with our recent stay. For positives, the hotel staff was very pleasant and efficient during check-in and the daily breakfast was decent. The major concerns were over the condition of the property and room. The corridors and rooms smelled terribly, like cheap air freshener poorly masking mildew, smoke, and other foul odors of an aging hotel. The rooms were dirty, including linens that were stained and appeared to have not been changed out from the prior guest. Likewise, the bathroom was in a poor state with the shower curtain dirty and mildewed/moldy. Our rooms were not made up by housekeeping over several days, despite requesting service from the front desk. We asked for extra pillows for one of our kids to prop up in bed because she wants feeling good to which the front desk advised there were no additional pillows available in the entire hotel. Lastly, the $200+ cost per night for each room was a terrible value considering the issues with the room and dilapidated condition of the property. I would strongly urge potential guests to look for another property in the area that is cleaner and a better value.

We were placed next to the noisy elevator on the same floor as a youth hockey team whom were allowed to run up and down the hallway banging on doors. It finally quieted down around 11pm. The front desk was unmanned with a buzzer, and it took several minutes to get anyone there.

There was a substance splattered all over the wall that was obviously never cleaneed up. The pull out bed smelled like old urine. The coffe maker was very dingy/dirty inside and clearly never cleaned. The air conditioner was clanging all night every time it kicked on. The food was basic but ok and served the purpose. The staff was alerted to the issues and just said "we will look into it". We were pretty disappointed in this hotel for what we paid for the niight. We are frequent travelers and this is definitely NOT properly rated.

The property was ok & plenty of parking. Staff was very freindly and helpful. What was disappointing is there wasn't a continenal breakfast included as part of the package. Not sure if it was because of the holidays, but usually at every hotel we have stayed, a continental breakfast is offered. Other than that it was decent.

The first day we were there we told the front desk girl that the AC was not kicking on in our room when we woke up through the night it was 78° the second night same thing when we checked out I told the front office girl and she Could care less just offered me managers name
