호텔은 몽블랑 스카이웨이 케이블카 역에서 약 3km 떨어져 있으며 무료 주차장이 있습니다. 온천 호텔입니다. 시설은 비교적 오래되었지만 매우 독특합니다. 온천을 즐기는 사람은 많지 않으며 야외 사우나도 있습니다. 아침 식사는 정말 맛있고 훌륭합니다 밤에는 로비에서 무료 음료와 디저트가 제공됩니다. 다음에도 또 올게요

SPA/Thermal 공간은 유일하게 멋지고 최신 시설을 갖춘 공간이지만, SPA 공간의 "활동"/특징 측면에서 옵션이 무엇인지 물었을 때 SPA 리셉션 직원이 처음 방문했습니다. - 방금 우리에게 말했습니다: "들어가면 거기에 길을 찾을 수 있을 것입니다." … 그리고 그들은 우리에게 사우나용 수건이나 플립플롭 또는 다른 것이 필요한지 물어보는 데 아무런 적극적인 태도를 보이지 않았습니다… 그리고 그게 전부입니다. 4성급 QC 웰니스 호텔의 서비스에 대해 안내해 드립니다! 체크아웃 당일, 문에 "방해하지 마세요" 표시가 걸려 있음에도 불구하고 청소 아주머니가 체크아웃 시간 전에 방에 들어와서 이미 방 정리를 시작할 수 있는지 확인했습니다. 아침 식사(맛있지만 예외는 아님)로 원한다면 오믈렛을 주문할 수 있습니다. 하지만 추가 비용을 지불해야 합니다!!! 2박에 860€를 썼다는 걸 생각하면... 말도 안 되는 일 아닌가요?!? 전체적으로 가격 대비 가치가 중요합니다. 스파는 괜찮지만 호텔은 그렇지 않습니다. 누구에게나 다른 호텔에서 묵고 온천/스파 공간에 관심이 있다면 일일 입장료를 구매하는 것이 좋습니다. 현재 개조되지 않은 상태에서 호텔 객실의 정확한 가격은 1박당 200유로를 초과해서는 안 됩니다(제 생각에는 여전히 비싸다고 생각합니다!).

QCTerme Chamonix는 매우 더럽고 도움이 되지 않는 책상이며 관리가 잘 되지 않습니다. 곳곳에 감시 카메라가 설치되어 있어 고객의 서비스 요청을 거부당하는 직원들! 이 스파를 멀리하세요! 참 지역과 MB 터널 뒤에는 훨씬 더 좋은 것들이 있습니다.

장거리 운전 후에는 그다지 좋은 환영을 받지 못합니다. 주차장이 예약되지 않았습니다. 예약할 필요가 없습니다. 방은 어둡고 작으며 딱딱한 의자 하나, 발코니에도 의자 하나밖에 없습니다. 4성급 호텔에 비해 욕실이 부적절하고 욕실 업그레이드가 필요하며 티슈가 없습니다. 옷장에는 짜증나는 옷걸이가 볼트로 고정되어 있어 꼬집을 수가 없습니다…별로 필요하지도 않고 물건을 걸어두는 것도 불가능합니다. 레스토랑은 좋지만 서비스도 훌륭합니다. 업그레이드할 때까지는 돌아오지 않을 것입니다.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The Spa was absolutely fabulous, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast, varied and special touches! We believe we may have received an upgrade to room on the 4th floor, which had a stunning view. The room itself was clean and comfortable, though it's starting to show some signs of wear and tear. However, these minor issues didn't detract from our overall experience. We were puzzled by the flower placed in the toilet—it would have been much nicer to have it in a glass to admire instead. The only real downside was the heat in the room, which was a bit uncomfortable. It would be great if the hotel could provide fans for guests to help with this. Especially as with teh window open the noise from the road was disturbing. We are very glad we chose to visit and are already looking forward to coming back in the future.

Lovely comfortable hotel with amazing balcony views of Mont Blonc. The rooms are alpine style with a nice comfortable bed, tea, coffee and mini bar. Restaurant evening meal was tasty and breakfast caters for a wide variety of food and drink

Easy to find off the main road. We stayed for 1 night mid week and arrived after lunch so we had 1 1/2 days of spa usage. Reception was pleasant and multi-lingual. Bedrooms had great views of the mountain and gardens. Room was large with generous bathroom. But, the grout in the bathroom was quite discoloured and needed maintenance. Also, there is in no iron in the room or even available in the hotel - this is a negative - so make sure you iron what you need before you come. The spa looks like it has been extended and there are any rooms to try. So don't miss out. They should put a map on the walls (like they do in other QCTerme spas), so you know where to find the different spa rooms. The food was plentiful and of a good standard. Make sure you make use of the apertivo at 5pm included in your stay. Another downside was the tight parking downstairs and they have no electric charing points for cars - again a negative. Whilst very enjoyable and we had a relaxing time, they can't really say this is a 4star hotel anymore.

I had a great time at QC termemontebianco. The hotel has a breathtaking view on Mount Blanc and it is very picturesque and well organised. The spa is beautiful and the treatments high quality. The breakfast prepared by miss Franca exquisite! I came back to London completely regenerated. I absolutely recommend it :) Ambra

Terrible massage where the masseuse started playing pop music during the massage, poor attitude by the staff all round, they didn't want to be there. Don't waste your money or time. A lot of the saunas and steam rooms were closed.
