미리디야 레이크 리조트(Miridiya Lake Resort)

我在攜程上訂的這家酒店，大概攜程是用booking訂的。這家酒店先是不認攜程訂單，要我在前台付款現金。我已經在網上付過了，怎麼能再付一次？接着就是不接受訂單顯示的70$/d付款、在匯率、美金紙面新舊等多方面故意找茬……我還在途中，沒有時間把整個過程寫出來。總而言之，讓我樓上樓下的來回折騰了五六次，店家的服務態度傲慢而又不講道理。我在斯里蘭卡已經自由行半個多月了，還是第一次遇到這樣想方設法為難顧客的酒店。在向攜程投訴後得到了攜程與booking協同的極快速妥善處置。非常感謝！

Quiet, clean, great atmosphere and very relaxing - the pool was amazing. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I commend the management and the entire team for the warm welcome.The over-all service was the best. Loved the swing looking out at the beautiful lake views and sunsets. I highly recommend that everyone should experience Miridiya Lake Resort!

Hotel ok. Friendly staff. Due to location near the lake we had a lot of mosquitos. Diner in covered patio. Restaurant to small for fully booked hotel. Buffet was oké but food was cold. Breakfast poor. We had Suite 305. Bath was not clean. Room was oké. Swimming pool nice size.

Location is superb as placed in the bank of Nuwara wewa.Pool is clean.Garden is good.When making booking make sure to get a New wing room because only those rooms have the lake view.There is a construction going the hotel .So other old rooms are very noisy.no view for those rooms.Wash rooms are too small. Had to wait 2 hours(4pm) for check in.No intercom facility.No elevator to access upper floors.Meals were under average.Resturant really need a renervation.(need a rebuild).

One of the best hotels in Anuradhapura. Lovely and well diciplined staff, delicious food. Hotel staff conducted the dinner with music and gifts at Christmas eve in 2023. Thanks to management to maintain the hotel this way for its guests.

As i am hotelier too can be my expectation are bit high though but overall good friendly staff. Rooms and bathroom need good renovations.wifi is a nightmare for sure. Nice huge pool ,good food break fast omelette counter need some more options and need some who have customer care knowledge so he can smile 😍. Overall it was good but need good renovation to rooms. Restaurant is too cozy but nice atmosphere

The hotel staff were hospitable to the needs and concerns of the guests and the facilities were easily accessible. Also, rooms were cleaned and organized. The landscape of the area adds to thw appeal of the resort especially the lake. Also to add the resort provides wide spaces for the customers to take a stroll with their families and even allow kids to explore. The food served is delicious as well. Overall, it is indeed 10/10 hoping to visit again.

Family was enjoy Thire stay .Very good cocomfortable Room with clean.Staff was very helpfull and respectable .Never say no with good hospitality .Everyone with good smile worm welcome.Thank you so much for all the department exceeded exexpectation service .We will come again and good luck.

Stayed two nights. Located at the edge of Nuwara Wewa. Quiet and calm surrounding. The room given on the first day wasn’t in good condition. Had a bad drainage smell. Given a newly repaired room on the next day with an open-air bathroom. It was our wedding anniversary, and they decorated the room beautifully. Very thoughtful of them. Unfortunately, buffet dinner on the day was disappointing. Hardly any food was left at 8.30 pm. Had to wait till they prepare them again!! People came from outside just for the buffet and the restaurant wasn’t informed accordingly. Unacceptable excuse from the restaurant staff !! Nice place for a short stay in Anuradhapura. Should try to minimize incidents like above.
