Dieses neue Hotel ist wirklich ein Destination Hotel, das Resort ist in der Tat Verlockung und Grund genug, um sich auf den Weg nach Antwerpen zu machen! Am liebsten würde man es gar nicht verlassen und das ganze Wochenende dort verbringen. Aber Antwerpen hat einfach zu viel zu bieten, das wäre wirklich schade, sich die Sights nicht anzuschauen. Aber vor ihrem Walk durch die Stadt (vom Hotel aus sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in max. 20 Minuten gut zu Fuss erreichbar) lockt das sensationell bestückte Frühstücks-Buffet. Mit feinen a la Carte Speisen als Ergänzung. Allein die Eggs Benedict - to die for! Nach dem Walk durch die City lockt dann die Bar, die schon jetzt einer der Hot Spots der Stadt ist. Da können Sie froh sein, wenn noch ein gemütliches Plätzchen frei ist. Und wem danach noch der Sinn nach Sauna und Schwimmen steht - für den steht der grosse Indoor Pool samt Saunabereich bereit. Schöner kann ein Tag in Antwerpen eigentlich kaum sein, als hier im wunderschönen neuen Botanic Sanctuary!

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้สถานีAntwerp Centraalแค่ข้ามถนนเลยค่ะ การเดินทางสะดวกมาก ถ้าเดินทางด้วยรถไฟก็แนะนำเลยค่ะ ห้องพักกว้างขวางมาก มีไมโครเวฟให้ มีกาน้ำร้อน เตารีด ครบมาก พักแบบห้อง 4 คน เป็นเตียงควีนไซส์2เตียง นอนสบายมาก แถมมีห้องทานข้าวพร้อมโต๊ะทานข้าวให้อีก 1 ห้อง ประทับใจมากค่ะ อาหารเช้าก็โอเค แต่พื้นที่เล็กไปหน่อย พอคนเยอะจะไม่มีที่นั่ง ตอนเช็คอินทางโรงแรมให้เลือกช่วงเวลาในการไปรับประทานอาหารเช้า แต่นั่งเกินเวลาก็ไม่เป็นไรค่ะ พนักงานต้อนรับน่ารักมากๆให้early check-inด้วย รอบหน้าใช้บริการอีกแน่นอนค่ะ😊

This was our second stay at August. Although we loved the first time, the second time left a lot to be desired for. The service level at this hotel is almost non existent. We arrived quite late after being stuck in traffic (around 9 PM), and we checked in and then around 9:15 came to the bar to look at the food menu. We were met with a very unfriendly waiter who had no interest in answering any questions about the menu or anywhere nearby to eat telling us that he had only been here for six weeks and didn't know anything, most importantly he did not tell us that the kitchen closed at 9:30 PM. So we deliberated about whether to eat at the bar or go elsewhere (bear in mind, there aren't many places to eat near by as they all seem to close early on a Sunday). When we came back at 9:30, the waiter told us that good that we wanted to eat but too bad the kitchen was now closed and he seemed to be taking a joy out of it. We were told by him when asked that there was no room service for food. Only drinks were served as room service. Considering it wasn't that late, this hotel should have some facilities in place for a light snack for guests. Also, at the reception, we complained that we were not told by the guy that they would be closing soon and they told us to try deliveroo. In the end my husband asked them if there was anything we could have that didn't need to be cooked, we were given some fruit which we ate and went to bed. I had written a complaint to their manager and they replied after 22:30 to tell me that if I was still hungry, the hotel actually does provide pizzas! News to me as I was told there was no food. No manager was to be seen and we never heard from anyone after I made a complaint about the incident. This spoilt our stay, especially when we had detoured to stay here. Our room was lovely. Although the room's bathroom door makes a lot of noise. Anyway, it would be great for staff to know the options they have for food for guests, someone should follow up after a complaint is sent and if there is no food option, perhaps the hotel should have a deliveroo account which can be charged to the room should there be any need to order food at 9:30 PM after kitchen closes.

Stayed here for almost 3 months on business assignment so place was chosen for me. Definitely chose somewhere else to stay in Antwerp. I scored it a 1 because actually the front of house staff are really good, welcoming, helpful and friendly. Here goes the rest ……. Hotel is located between 2 building sites not their fault but links to other issues which are the hotels fault. So the noise from the building sites and also the road if you are staying in a room on road side is awful from around 5 in the morning through to about 11pm This resulted in me having to not only sleep wearing ear plugs but also taking sleeping tablets. Don’t expect a good sleep. A colleague was staying at the rear of the building and unless you are on a higher floor then the noise from the smoking area with people talking and drinking is also deafening. I had a spacious room with a mezzanine floor which was roomy but very tired and need of a revamp. The huge issue with the room is the heat. The shower room is upstairs so fills the bedroom area with steam and the window downstairs only cools the living area, or fills the room with fumes from the traffic on the road. The hotel advertises air conditioning and there are units in the room but they refuse to turn them on even with requests. This is just being cheap and rude. Again due to the noise from the road and building sites it’s impossible to sleep with the window open. So not only limited sleep but a very hot n sweaty night. Then the internet connection….. oh wow ! It does not exist. Again the hotel advertises free fast Wi-Fi but it’s shocking. Impossible to connect and watch anything. Myself and a number of my colleagues complained only to be told there is no issue. I did a speed test and shared with the hotel only to get no feedback. I also shared with a friend who works in IT and he said it’s simple ….. they pay for a really cheap package so it can’t cope for a hotel. Of course the hotel staff say it’s no problem because during the day all the guests are out. If you get a room for 20 euro a night it’s probably ok but any more than that go somewhere else

나는이 호텔을 확실히 추천 할 것이다. 기차역과 쇼핑가에서 도보 거리에 있습니다. 일반적으로 셀프 체크인 및 체크 아웃이 있지만 필요한 경우 직원이 도움을 줄 수 있습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 충분히 넓었습니다. 욕실 싱크대가 방에 있고 욕실 안에 있지 않다는 사실에 익숙해 져야했습니다. 나는 또한 유리 샤워 벽에 익숙해져야했다. 운 좋게도 볼 수 없다. 엘리베이터와 홀의 거울에 재미있는 인용이 있었는데, 그것은 좋은 터치였습니다. 호텔이 기차역과 가깝지만 지나가는 기차의 소음이 없습니다. 스포르팔레 콘서트에 가면 앞으로 다시 이곳에 묵을 예정입니다.

Rather big and clean rooms with TV, airco, great beds/pillows, clean bathroom, fridge would be nice upgrade. Great and helpfull staff. I leave before breakfast so can’t judge that. 호텔은 센트럴 역에서 도보로 5 분 거리에 있습니다 (앞쪽으로는 아닌 측면). 기차로 도착하면 훌륭합니다. 도시의 주요 지역까지 쉽게 걸어 갈 수 있습니다. 체크인은 입구 왼쪽에 두 개의 테이블에있었습니다. 깨끗한 트윈 룸을 가지고 있었고 2 개의 침대를 제대로 밀어 넣은 후에도 공간이 충분했습니다. 멋진 호텔 세면 도구 (손 씻기, 보습기, 샴푸 및 컨디셔너)가 제공되었지만 개인 세면 도구를 위해 싱크대와 싱크대 아래에 공간이 많은 넓은 욕실. 어떤 이유로 우리는 샤워 실에서 도보 2 개의 샴푸를 가지고 있었고, 외출 할 때 하우스 키핑을 말하고 샤워 젤을 요청했을 때 우리는 다른 샴푸를 남겼습니다. 우리가 우리 자신의 물건을 가져 왔기 때문에 이것은 문제가되지 않았습니다. 수도꼭지가 완벽하게 깨끗하고 마실 수 있지만 매일 제공되는 무료 수통은 좋았습니다. 입구 / 출구 근처의 테이블에 제공되는 향기로운 (신선한 민트 또는 과일) 물, 사과 및 가미. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이되었습니다. 우리는 마을 근처에 다른 많은 옵션이 있기 때문에 호텔에서 아침 식사를하지 않았으며 Antwerp에가는 주된 이유는 현지에서 먹는 것이 었습니다.
