Systeem met twee codes bij de voordeur van de etage en de algemene entree werkte zo slecht dat we een tijd met het gezin buiten hebben staan wachten. Locatie en uitzicht waren super goed. WiFi en tv deden het geen seconde. Sanitair en oppervlakte waren goed. Met WiFi en tv werd wel geadverteerd. Zonde dat onder en schuin onder ons een verbouwing was. Antwerpen-Centrum is een aanrader. Prijs en kwaliteit waren redelijk in verhouding, met wat kleine verbeteringen kan dit appartement echt een topappartement worden. Wat ons vooral erg heeft gestoord is dat de lobbydeur dan weer open was en dan weer niet werkte, omdat de elektra uit was.

Prime location for shopping This is a prime location directly few steps from the high street it's a shopping heaven place. You are also close from the train station and the metro as well. The location need to have a bit of TLC into it to be a 5 stars place. You have the strict basic minimum there only. Don't think you will cook a huge meal there you will not be able but for some pasta you will do but don't forget your own salt because you don't have pepper neither salt provide! If you want wine bring your own bottle opener! For beer the can opener still work. People complaining that the place doesn't have an elevator you're in apartment not an hotel that wasn't an issue for us. Overall our stay was really good could have been better with just the little details fix.

DO NOT BOOK- TERRIBLE place The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. Then lugged up the luggage to find out that the code didn’t work. Hit up hotels again to find out that they have the wrong address. Finally went to the next place. Up another three flights. Place is nice looking and stuff but dirty. Mold in bathroom. Blood stain on sheets. No Wi-Fi. The auto light in hallway stays on for 10 minutes and turns on automatically waking up everyone. The fan in bathroom never turned off. Because no Wi-Fi, no tv. I brought this all to the attention and was told to make a complaint at front desk. When I asked where it was they told me they don’t have one. This place felt like a total scam. They refused to reimburse for anything too. Terrible company

Could have been a nice stay... Nothing "smart" about the place after the entry keypad. Negligent property owners who did not respond for the duration of the stay. No A/C or even a fan; expect to overheat on summer nights and if you open a window, expect mosquitos (whose friends' carcasses have been left on the walls and ceiling by previous guests). No wi-fi despite advertisement. Luggage elevator does not work and multiple storeys of stairs to get to the room.

Nightmare come true First of all, the entry key pad to the property did not work. Tried pulling the entry door, it opened. It lead to a flight of dark stairs. Climbed two floors and found that there was construction happening. Went back down and called customer service in the middle of night sitting on the high street bench. Customer service insisted there were guests. So tried to climb the dark stairs with luggage and found there was another flight of stairs hidden from view. Took that reached the apartment and went in. The apartment was so hot, could only sleep with windows open. High street is noisy throughout the night except for a couple of hours. All 3 nights was woken up by loud noise of people staying above me with constant noise of moving furniture, going down the stairs, chatting and laughing. Lost sleep for 3 days. Absolute definition of nightmare

Warning! Do Not Book! I booked this apartment, intending to receive codes to open the door to the building and another code for the apartment. At 3:30 PM, we hadn't received them, even though the check-in time was at 4:00 PM. So, I called them, and initially, they said they had no record of my booking at all. But when I provided the apartment number mentioned in the email, suddenly, they found my name and sent the codes via SMS. We headed to the building to rest after our journey. However, we couldn't enter the building as the keypad wasn't functional—it didn't make any sound or light up. We called them again to explain the situation. Their response was that they had to wait for the technicians to respond about when they could come and fix it. I explained that we were standing outside the apartment with our luggage and two small children, while it was pouring rain. We stood there for an hour, making multiple calls, and they kept saying that I had to wait for the technicians to provide an answer before they could do anything. They didn't know when that would be, meaning it could take several hours. It was extremely disappointing that they couldn't immediately open the door or send someone to let us in while waiting for their technician. Consequently, we had to quickly book another room just to have a place to stay with our children.
