래디슨 블루 아스트리드 호텔 앤트워프 후기

이 호텔은 내가 세계에서 머물렀던 최악의 호텔입니다. 체크인할 때 프런트에서 예약할 때보다 낮은 방을 줬는데 룸카드 받기를 거부했다는 걸 알았을 때 태도가 굉장히 나빴고 신경 쓰지 않는 게 분명했다 사람들을 괴롭히는 것에 대해. 협상 끝에 호텔은 내가 예약한 방 타입이 있고, 나에게 준 뒤에도 사과조차 하지 않았다. 호텔에 엘레베이터가 1개밖에 없고 계단을 오르내리기가 너무 무섭고 특히 조식 먹을때 계단을 올라야 합니다.

잘 묵었어요 😊 호텔은 도시를 탐험하기에 완벽한 위치에 있습니다. 대중교통이 가깝고 서비스가 매우 친절합니다.

기차역 근처, 시내, 차이나타운과 매우 가깝습니다. 여행하기 편리합니다. 호텔은 시설이 완벽하고 객실도 훌륭합니다.

all good except i left my swim goggle in the changing room, this was my fault and unfortunately no one returned it the 'lost & found'. This hotel remains at top of lists in my choice to stay in Anterp.

Nice hotel , good location for first time coming , very easy access to everything around, food , markets everything at walking distance , very good Would love to visit same hotel on my next visit soon

Good location. Staffs were very helpful. Room is big and clean. Breakfast was excellent!

住了兩晚，一晚應該是酒店最差的房間，説沒房了，後來給了彌補。另一晚給了酒店位置最好的房間，正對火車站，視野好。酒店唯一遺憾的就是停車位不僅不好停還沒車位，兩晚都不得不停在另外的公共停車場裏去。

非常不錯的酒店，房間乾淨整潔。交通便利，工作人員的服務態度都很好，下次還會入住這個酒店。

호텔 직원은 불친절했고 종종 도움이 되지 않았습니다. 우리의 첫 번째 방은 아름다웠습니다. AC가 부족합니다(따뜻하고 거리 소음이 제한된 창문이 열려 있음). 방의 전원이 차단되었지만 우리는 듣지 못했습니다. 방을 바꿔야 했어요. 무슨 일인지 물어본 후에야요. New Room은 더 컸지만 피곤하고 구식이며 더러웠습니다. 전반적으로 비싼 호텔이고 서비스가 좋지 않지만 호텔은 기차, 컨퍼런스 센터, 많은 장소와 식사 장소에 매우 편리하게 위치해 있습니다.

The price of this hotel's rooms is too high in my opinion. I spent a fortune to stay in an incredibly hot room which I could not cool down because according to the front desk "the whole hotel was on heating mode and couldn't be changed". I ended up having to sleep with the window open (barely open for the necessary security lock) enduring the external noises throughout the night. I also want to point out that I booked a room-only rate hoping to save a bit, but I feel it was still a pretty expensive option. The breakfast was an additional 27 euros/day which seems an exorbitant amount of money for a single meal: I spent less eating a steak in a nearby restaurant! I must also point out that the housekeeping staff was pretty noisy in the hallway during the morning; I wanted to sleep in since I was on holiday but more than once I got woken up by them tossing around the vacuum cleaner and talking loudly to each other across the hallway. Finally, I asked for a king bed and got a room with 2 twin pushed together. As a fairly large individual, I rolled over during the night and found myself on the floor when the two beds drifted apart. I definitely cannot recommend this property.
