Nice on first glance but bad in the details My partner and I decided to stay here after having a pleasant stay in another room at this location last year. But this trip we were unfortunately very disappointed. While the images online are appealing, and even upon first glance the room is nice when you enter, but things go downhill from there as you use the space. Two of the pillows on the bed are huge (no seriously, perhaps the largest I’ve ever seen) and quite uncomfortable to sleep with. The microwave/oven combo didn’t work - which was quite frustrating as having a useable kitchen was the reason we booked this place! The dining room table wobbled significantly. The check-in instructions were not sent to me on time, so I had to call several numbers to find the right person to give me the details to get into my room, since they have no actual reception. Then they ask you to do all the dishes but don’t provide dish soap to do so - so we had to run and by some, despite not being able to use the kitchen as much as we intended in the first place. The view over the water is stunning, and the location is nice and convenient.

The flat looked nice at first sight but had some flaws, for example the shower flooded, the curtains didnt close properly. We only had 1 towel per person, and the towels smelled bad. we had a really bad experience with the odeur in the flat, which they tried to cover up with perfume sticks. The last night was so bad, it smelled like our bed was on top of a sewer, so we decided to leave the apartment the same night, a day early. We confronted the contactperson, but unfortunately they did not take our complaint serious. We were in appartment number 3.. I would not recommend staying here if you are visiting Antwerp.

Check in experience poor no emails recieved, Poor communications. Room great clean spacious great view. Only compliant was hard to check in

After the first night we woke up with BEDBUGS in bed, we are moved to another room and heard nothing more. I tried calling, sent multiple messages, no response. the whole stay nobody at the reception. Compensation not more than appropriate but these people, even though they read your messages, don't respond to anything anymore. It has caused us so much stress and misery. Already had to buy new pyjamas and such in Antwerp and had to take a lot of measures when we got home to make sure we don't take the bed bugs home with us. Hoping that we succeeded. You can walk right in. The front door is broken so anyone can walk in at night. You open the room with a code, who knows how many people know this code, so you are not comfortable at night

The evening we arrived to book into the hotel - we had not received the key codes (as there is no staff on site) so my husband phoned and requested them. Finally entering our room, we were absolutely shocked at the state of the room. Plates, coffee cups and glasses everywhere. we walked into the bedroom and the bed had not even been made. towls were laying on the bathroom floor - nothing had been cleaned. We phoned the "so-called" manager and her said that he would send someone over to come and clean. no apology nothing. as he and the cleaner arrived i mentioned to him that the tv doesnt work either - he said that it doesnt and that we needed to use our own netflix. he then went on to say that he was doing us a favour by coming out and cleaning our room. i was soooo angry. he was so rude to us. my husband then decided it best we leave. i wouldnt recommend this to my worst enemy. absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!!!

Anversa- Appartamento più che confortevole. Sono stata nel n.4 per 2 persone. Arredato con design e comodità. Marmi e pietra. Biancheria ottima, letto matrimoniale col topper e lenzuola di ottima qualità, asciugamani in spugna morbida. Questo fa la differenza vera in un soggiorno. Da architetto ho apprezzato la soluzione del bagno con doccia vetrata sulla camera da letto. Da’ luce al bagno cieco ed è elegante. Rubinetti e stoviglie , piatti e tazze con ceramiche artistiche coordinati. Il top è la vetrata panoramica sul fiume. Un piccolo balcone con seduta per sostare a guardare il tramonto. Al momento c’è un cantiere. Ottima la posizione per visitare a piedi il centro. Unica richiesta che farei al gestore… occorre togliere bottigliette di plastica in bagno, in rispetto all’ambiente meglio un dispenser. Tutto il resto è perfetto! Grazie!
