One Day I do not care to communicate through VRBO app. Pain in the Ass. The address of a property should be easy to find when advertising. Like pop right up on the pictures. To search for communication and address location should be the two easiest aspects of a rental. I meant Alex and his Son personally. Very nice people. I enjoy the simplicity of the guest house. Accommodating with out all the fanciness. The only complaint is WiFi was not working 5/3/25 AM. Would certainly stay again.Mark V. Holmes

Short stay in Cali This was just a lovely little place to retreat to when the summer got hot. The A/C and gorgeous shower was soo needed. Everything was there that I needed.

Very quiet very clean Great place great owner. The only issue is the fridge is rather loud if your a light sleeper however they have been for the last 3 VRBO’s I’ve stayed at. LOL. I fully recommend this for anyone.

We chose this place because we needed a full refrigerator and freezer for the contents of our coolers. This is a simple, very nice studio. Super clean. Thoughtfully furnished, including washer /dryer! 4 pm check in is a bit late, but we made it work. All good.

Lovely Little Retreat I booked this stay to be near family for the Easter weekend. It was truly delightful. Quiet, very nice neighborhood, and a beautiful view out the window, as it's on kind of a ridge that overlooks green hills. It was clean, new and nicely decorated. It's exactly what I needed; and when I'm back in the area, I'll definitely book this again. The communication from the owner was outstanding. No problems at all - just relaxation and enjoyment!
