房間寬敞 稍微有點暗 離街很近 晚上比較吵 前台態度很好

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Posada de la Luna for five nights and couldn't have been happier with our experience. Our room was spotless, and despite seeing other guests in the courtyard and during breakfast, the hotel remained impressively quiet. I also appreciated its convenient location—close enough to walk to everything we wanted to see in Antigua, yet slightly off the beaten path, providing a peaceful retreat. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

First of all, it is all about service. Super Super nice people there. 24 hours reception, I had problem with the reservation in which I had to change twice, and they were flexible about it although it wasn’t in their change/cancellation policy that is a huge thing for them. They arranged a honeymoon surprise in the room and helped with any question I had The hotel has very high standards of cleaning The small room (which what was left) was a bit too small but no complaints. The only issue was the Wi-Fi connection was not stable all the time, and when I told to the lady at the reception she said that it is an outsider provider and she can’t really do much about it. With any other problem they fix very quickly even in the middle of the night.

Loved this boutique hotel just on the edge of town (10 minute parque central). The rooms and the grounds were immaculate and the staff was friendly and helpful. I usually don’t take advantage of the hotel breakfast because I strong coffee (usually espresso over ice) and something sweet, but I had the breakfast here four of the five mornings, and it was amazing every time. Two omelets and two pancakes with fruit. I had some trouble with my credit card and the young man at the desk—Manuel—was so helpful, allowing me use the phone so that I could work out the issue with my bank. He also opened wine for me at night and served me on the patio. All in all, this was a great stay in Antigua.

Lovely room, quiet stay, good breakfast. Rafael\Raphael on night reception was beyond sweet and helpful. Good location just 5 blocks to the centre. Beautiful view of mountains. Cons: single occupant room was small, but perfect for one person. Could hear neighbours but thankfully they were considerate and quiet, as was I.

We stayed here for my daughters’ first trip back to Guatemala since we adopted them. The rooms were beautiful, well appointed and so clean. We felt more like family than guests because the hotel has such a homey feeling. Thank you to Tony, Mauricio, Ivana and Mindy for all the help you gave us during our stay. You all really do make a difference! We will definitely be back as soon as we can!
