The apartment is south facing and benefits from a very beautiful light. Its location allows you to be close to the city, beaches and shops while being in a small corner of greenery. Complete equipment is provided (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge, air conditioning).
3 beds are possible thanks to an excellent convertible sofa as well as a convertible armchair too.

Great location for enjoying the beach and old town
Great location. Easy to walk to beach and old town. Easy enough walk over to Juan-les-pin. Only thing is would like some basics like salt & pepper. And maybe more than one dish towel. Having to go buy that stuff is a pain.

A very pleasant stay
The place had everything that it claimed to have and we were provided with mostly everything you could need, The location is close to the beach and the town but far enough not to hear all of the city noise. It was a lovely experience overall. Thank you!

Good stay, great location
Lovely studio, really clean and easy check in and check out process.
We found the sofa bed a little uncomfy (some better pillows would help I think) but we managed!
Some anti mosquito plug ins would be amazing as we had to have a killing spree after the first night having suffered many bites (despite keeping the doors closed!).

Great little place to call home
We had an excellent visit to Antibes. The efficiency apartment was an excellent place to call home for a few days. Clean, tidy and a great location in a residential area.

Lovely studio in quiet street of Antibes. Very close to the beach and to the old town. Beautiful terrace with lovely view.
Only small suggestion.. pillows for sleeping needed ( one we used were more like decorative), and maybe some liquid soap for hands.
Everything else was fab!

Overall nice but dirty
The stay was very nice and the flat comfortable. It was quiet and Close to the beach.
However, at our arrival, the flat was very dirty. We Had to Vacuum and mop the whole floor. There was a Lot of dust and dirt and some Hair (probably of the previous guest?).
Everythin else was really nice :)
