Awful. Having paid for Early Check-in, we were told upon arrival that there were no rooms available and we would have to check-in to a nearby hotel and pay an additional 50€ for this. We found out the following day from a different member of staff (a lady who had the best English and also seemed like the friendliest person) that there were empty rooms. We checked into a room and then found that the toilet didn't flush. Also, the fusebox was sparking with electricity whenever we put the key card in the reader - so we got moved. The bathrooms are tiny. Really tiny. To sit on the toilet, you have to sit more sideways than forwards. The shower portion of the bathroom is just about big enough. There are 12 sunbeds around the pool to service approximately 30 rooms. The staff were unwilling to help when they were told that there had been items on a sunbed for 4 hours but no sign of any people (who had actually gone to the beach). On multiple occasions, we received "fresh bedsheets" with small stains on them. The maids also frequently left rubbish in the room and often did not provide the correct amount of towels. They also advertise being a beach hotel and, while they do have some kind of private arrangement on the beach (which closes at 6pm - so no romantic walks on the beach in the sunset), the hotel itself is actually a 7-8 minute walk. In the time we were there, we also saw others having issues with the hotel staff - most of which seemed to go unresolved and the staff incredibly unwilling to help. I don't think I can recommend avoiding this hotel any more to be honest...

Doesnt have any private beach as they say on their site, actually not even close to the beach. At least 15 min walk to a nearest one. Location isn't the best. Very noisy as it close to the airport, all flights and helicopters flying right over the hotel almost every 3 minutes. NO elevator!!! Small rooms. Poor breakfast. You have to pay 30 € for the airport transfer. Can't recommend.

I recently visited this hotel with my mum, we spent 3 nights here. The staff are all so friendly & lovely. The rooms are very clean, the only downside to the room was the bathroom; I wish it was more spacious but everything else was good & I LOVED the AC! Their transfer guy picked us up from the airport, took us to Land Of Legends, waited for us whilst there & took us back as well as dropped us off at the airport. If you want a taxi elsewhere, they'll order you one that comes in minutes. If you're looking for an affordable hotel in a great location (beach was a 10 mins walk & you get a free sun lounger if you tell them the hotel you're staying at) then I'd definitely recommend this hotel! We stayed during the hot summer as a couple for 6 days all inclusive. Good: Excellent Wi-Fi, small but variety of food including omelets for breakfast, location is good near to the Migros supermarket for fruits and Turkish sweets at cheaper price, 5 mins walk to the beach for free deck chair and umbrella upon production of hotel's business card. Dirty meal plates taken quickly by waiters and quiet area at night. Has AC. Near the airport which means less travel time. It took us about 15 mins to get to the hotel. We're charged 250 lira by airport Taxis, which I know is a lot but it's the cheapest we could get and they won't budge! There's no other Taxis around apart from them. There is no meter in them! Bad: Tiny bathroom with no shower curtains, which means the whole bathroom floor is filled with water for several hours, after a shower! Hard to use the toilet when the floor is very wet. 3 storey hotel building with no lifts, we were on 2nd floor luckily. Many stray dogs and some cats near the hotel and in the area. It can be scary to walk at night as the area is quiet due to dogs barking but once in the main busy area then it's not a concern. No fridge in the hotel room even in the heat. Smoking is common by staff and by guests, so second hand smoking is a problem, as if you have meal outside or just sit outside, then a guest would lit up a cigarette. Indoors, the management smoke in their manager's office leaving the door open and letting the AC circulating the smoke in the small lounge, we complained and he just sprayed air freshener near the AC vent which made it worse as my wife had Asthma. The reception and restaurant staff do smoke outside but the manager, who never introduced himself to guests, is lazy to go outside so smokes in his office with his door open! The hotel is very small with small restaurant and lounge.

Esperienza oltre le aspettative, l'hotel è piccolo ma ha tutti i confort, ottimo il cibo genuino e cucinato casereccia. Tutto il personale è gentile e molto professionale, ottima la pulizia delle camere. Menzione particolare per il signore che è responsabile di sala è veramente professionale e gentile. Ottimo il servizio spiaggia compreso nel soggiorno raggiungibile in 7 minuti a piedi.

Из плохого: ужасная уборка номеров, постельное белье в пятнах, несвоевременная смена белья, затасканные полотенца,хамский персонал,грязный пляж. Из плюсов: вкусная еда, действительно 7 минут до пляжа.
