Myra and also Aaric was very helpful and very understanding and truly respectful people. And also the property was clean and very well keep up and the room very clean and breakfast was awesome I will have family come and stay in and upcoming events.

Kenisha, at the front desk is a real dynamo! If I had a business I’d hire her away! She made us feel welcome and check in was a pleasure. The room is small but works for us and it’s only for one night. We like having a regular size fridge. Everything is clean and the shower is great.

When we showed up exhausted, extra early from a redeye flight, Myra greeted us with cheer and delight. There weren’t any rooms available yet since they were sold out, and she invited us to enjoy breakfast while she did what she could to get us in our room for a nap. About 20 minutes later, she came and found us to let us know our suite was ready. The room is spotless, the breakfast was delicious, and Myra was awesome. Five stars, two thumbs up, 10/10.

Comfortable, clean and MYRA was amazingly kind. Everything was easy. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle service to the airport was 24hr and Myra was very accommodating with helping to navigate the airport and getting to the shuttle.

The room was very spacious! Probably the biggest hotel room I have stayed in. Had a full kitchen and good sized refrigerator. It was clean and stocked well with towels. The older gentleman that tended breakfast was very attentive and nice! The breakfast had great variety and was really good. It was in a nice location and seemed like a really safe area; sort of away from other things. Make sure you get a parking pass. I didn't receive one from Kanesha (who was nice when checking me in.) Then on the day I was leaving she saw me walking from the Sheraton (where my sister and dad were staying) and said I could get towed if I parked there w/o a pass. (Thankfully I didn't get towed the two nights I stayed there.)

The hotel had very nice accommodations. Free laundry (with plenty of modern washers & dryers) was an unexpected plus. Myra was an excellent staff member, that made me feel welcome and very helpful. Definitely worthy of the Marriott moniker. 5 stars!!!

This Residence Inn was at a great location. The staff was friendly, especially Ms. Myra. Ms. Myra was able to check us in very promptly and told us what the hotel has to offer. She also helped with letting us know of places to eat nearby as well as attractions to see. Will definitely come back here in the future.

I come to Baltimore often and choose to come to this Residence Inn. I call ahead as Myra adds her our personal touch as to what rooms are available on the top floor. I travel a lot and appreciate the small personal touches the people at the front desk can add to my hotel experience. Her personal touch does not go unnoticed. Thank you Myla.
