가격의 모든면에서 최고 퀄리티의 호텔로 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다. 프론트의 리셉션, 방의 침구의 청결, 그리고 방의 시설의 청결은 매우 깨끗하여 만족도를 높였습니다. 냉장고에 음료 비치, 무료 물, 어메니티, 커피도 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 레스토랑에서의 조식은 깔끔하고 빵맛도 좋았고, 작은 호텔에 비해 다양한 필수형에 따라 맛있게 준비되었으며, 담당자가 편하게 식사하고, 아름다운 식당에서 제공되는 아름다운 레스토랑에서 맛있게 먹습니다. 이 여행 중에 터키에서 두 곳 더 방문했지만 이 호텔의 추억은 더 남습니다.

확실히 나는 다시 갈 것이다. 차분한 자연과 친절한 직원. 객실은 매우 고급스럽고 깨끗합니다. 추천. 도심과 가깝기 때문에 출장에 더 적합하다고 생각합니다. 쇼핑할 시간이 없었지만 있습니다. 호텔 근처에 '360'이라는 쇼핑 센터가 있습니다.

호스텔에 도착하자마자 우리는 오전 8 시부 터 정착이 가능하다는 신호를 보았습니다. 우리는 오전 7시에 호스텔에 도착했고, 1 시간을 기다렸습니다. 8.10 아무도 문을 열지 않았고, 그 다음 남자가 나갔고, 그가 여기에 단지 쉬고 있다고 말했고, 행정부는 아직 아니지만 곧 올 것이다. 15 분 동안 기다렸다가 소녀가 와서 정착을 시작했습니다. 모든 것이 빨리 정리되어 방에서 실행되었습니다. 방은 작았고 내부는 더러웠으며 분명히 바닥은 비누로 덮여 있었지만 모퉁이, 침대 아래, 옆과 침대 뒤에서 라디에이터 아래에서 아무도 씻지 않았거나 심지어 먼지와 쓰레기를 씻지 않았습니다. 목욕탕에서는 골반이 선반, 샤워장, 구석에 검은 색입니다. 예약 할 때도 같은 현상이라고 쓰여졌지만 수건과 슬리퍼는 없습니다. 선반에 믹서기가 고장나고 양쪽 선반에 물이 흐르고 바닥에서 어딘가에서 흐르고 선반의 문도 걸려 수건에 갈고리가 없습니다. 침구도 더럽고, 일부 지역에서는 옷을 입고 잤다. 우리가 저녁에 떠났을 때, 호흡기에 아무도 없었습니다. 15 분 동안 기다렸다가 숙소를 찾았습니다. 아니요, 우리가 비행기를 가지고 있고 긴급하게 가야했기 때문에 테이블에 열쇠를두고 떠났습니다. 나쁘다, 나는 많은 긍정적 인 피드백이 어디서 왔는지 모른다. 그래서 호스텔에 사는 모든 사람들은 항상 걸어 다니고 소리 지르거나 창문 아래 거리에 앉아 귀에 말하는 것처럼 들립니다. 매우 나쁜 소음 고립, 문은 얇고 모두가 지나가는 소리를들을 수 있습니다. 화장실이 있었고, 깨어날 때마다 문을 강하게 닫을 때만 문이 닫혔습니다.

우리가 길에서 하룻밤 머물렀던 호텔이었습니다. 가격은 성능에 아주 좋습니다. 주차장이 있고, 방이 깨끗하고, 주전자가 냄새가납니다. 에어컨이 아주 좋습니다. 그들은 아침 식사를 직접 가져옵니다. 다른 요청이 있으면 말 할 때 할 것입니다. 우리는 매우 행복했습니다. 다음에 앙카라를 방문 할 때 다시 머무를 호텔입니다.

Odd title for this hotel, but you cannot believe how much of a struggle it is to find this hotel online even after it was booked for us! First of all, it is a generic name - Ankara and Hotel feature prominently in the name in which there are hundreds of hotels in Ankara and you are bombarded with ads or other hotels. Secondly, I am great at such things and finding out and even I struggled. Thirdly, it was worse when we were in Turkey as the websites all come up in Turkish and you spend valuable time translating etc on a cell phone with data! If you cannot rename it, add a unique identifier to it. Second gripe and the final one - this hotel is right outside the main train station at Ankara. We arrived by train from Istanbul, presumably a popular way for people to come to this hotel. Was there a single sign on the station? Nope.. Misleadingly, an elevator on one side of the station has a huge sign outside displaying an ad/banner for this which could be taken as the elevator to the hotel. Nope! It just goes down to the ground floor. So you have to exit the station, turn left and keep walking past some cafes and then come to the entrance. Once you are there, the hotel is magnificent, modern and spacious in every way. Staff is courteous and the onsite restaurant looks good though we did not use it. The rooms are very modern with every comfort, fancy buttons to set room status to buys, do not disturb, please clean etc etc. There are many empty well laid out floors with seating areas etc so you do not have to sit in your room. An office/working area too if you so wish. All in all, great value, excellent facilities, great staff, just let down by the previous two gripes.

Per il mio primo viaggio in Turchia, ho prenotato il soggiorno di 10 giorni/9 notti in questo albergo. Camera con letto matrimoniale usata come singola. All'arrivo, in fase di check-in, mi hanno chiesto la compilazione informativa Covid e di mostrare HES Code ( versione Turca del Green Pass europeo ). Terminate queste formalità, viene consegnata la chiave elettronica e comunicata la password per accedere al Wi-Fi. Per arrivare alla stanza, c'è un ampio ascensore: questo, unitamente ad una rampa di accesso dal piano stradale, rendono questo hotel comodo anche alle persone che hanno difficoltà a deambulare, o alle famiglie con bambini in passeggino. Il cambio della biancheria avviene con cadenza discontinua; a volte quotidianamente, a volte ogni 2 giorni. Quando il cambio avviene, vengono lasciate a disposizione dell'ospite 2 bottiglie di acqua da 33cl, prodotti di toeletta monouso, 2 paia di ciabattine monouso ed il cambio della biancheria da bagno. Nella stanza sono a disposizione cuscini aggiuntivi, mini frigobar (non rumoroso), cassaforte, impianto di condizionamento e riscaldamento, televisione con numerosi canali in turco ed 1 in inglese. Nella camera sono a disposizione molte prese elettriche e USB, pure vicino ai comodini, dove sono state installate anche lampade a muro comode per leggere prima di addormentarsi. L'elettricità funziona solo a tessera magnetica inserita nell'apposito alloggiamento, una volta entrati nella camera. E' permesso fumare sul balcone, e infatti è a disposizione un posacenere; la mia esperienza negativa, a tale proposito, è stata che, essendo io un non fumatore, durante la prima notte ho sentito molto forte il puzzo di nicotina del quale si erano impregnati i tendaggi. Nei giorni successivi ho provveduto ad arieggiare frequentemente la stanza, e la puzza è sparita. Sono applicati doppi tendaggi: uno più leggero e trasparente per il giorno, ed uno più pesante per la notte. Nella stanza da me occupata, il bagno disponeva di doccia, ma era priva di bidet che, come in tutta la Turchia, viene sostituito da un getto di acqua azionabile dal w.c. A disposizione anche un asciugacapelli, potente e non ”sfiatato” come spesso avviene con quelli a muro. Il servizio di prima colazione è compreso a seconda del ”pacchetto” acquistato: personalmente l'avevo incluso, ed i primi giorni sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla qualità dell'offerta; trattandosi di una colazione turca, spaziava dal dolce, al salato, con formaggio, uova, ecc. Successivamente, confrontata alle colazioni che è possibile consumare in locali all'esterno dell'albergo, risulta scarsa: al costo di circa 30 TRY, in locali poco distanti era infatti servita una colazione decisamente migliore per qualità e quantità. Nota positiva: lo staff in Reception, presente 24 ore al giorno, 7 giorni su 7, sempre a disposizione ed efficiente. Gli addetti parlano, ovviamente turco, ed alcuni anche inglese; chi non lo parla fluentemente, si dà però molto da fare per capire e

The staff are GREAT, everything else is terrible. This hotel is one of the worse hotels we have stayed in, in a very longtime. It is OLD and very TIERED. The rooms were clean but felt dirty because everything was so old, the bathroom was from the 1950's, just horrible. The A/C did not work in the whole building, only the heat, we had to sleep with open balcony doors. The elevators are also very old and tiered, this whole building needs a serious renovation, or better yet, complete demolition and rebuild. There was no interior parking either, so guest cars stay in the all star sky parking. A hotel NEVER to stay at ever again.
