The check-in was the most problematic part. I hadn't received any instructions from the host (also not in spamfolder) how to unlock the entry gate to the property. It was already getting dark and the host was also not reachable by telephone. Monica from Trip customer service eventually managed to forward the necessary entry codes to me (many thanks for the assistance!). ++ The room was spacious and convenient, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom and toilet were clean and there were enough towels. For those who like to watch TV: a huge flatscreen with plenty of channels. The shared patio with a little swimming pool is very nice with beautiful sea view. The property is quietly situated at a 15 minute walk from the centre of Angra. -- No written instructions (e.g. WiFi password) or general information (amenities) available. There are shared facilities in the property and the kitchen can be used for preparing meals (self catering). Although the reservation mentioned breakfast included, there was no fresh bread brought in. Not the end of the world but better not mention it as an option. Also unclear if items in refrigerator belong to other guests (self caterers) or are for general use so we didn't touch any. The host was not available by telephone for questions and also never responded to my initial calls on the day of check in. The room was in the basement and from time to time some smell from the sewer pipes lingers in the room.

훌륭한 위치, 비즈니스는 섬의 최고가 될 모든 조건을 충족하지만 심각한 자원 제한에 있는 것 같습니다. 청소는 방에서 지불하지 않으며 표면 청소를하는 것으로 유명합니다. 객실 공간은 있지만 미니바에는 아무것도 없으며 위생 제품은 물과 혼합되어 렌더링하는 것 같습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 약하고 옵션이 거의 없으며 약간의 관리, 수영장은 얼음물이며 자쿠지는 초대 ... 호텔 5 성급이 아니며 불행히도 제공 된 서비스에 대해 3 개만 있어야합니다!

Definitely NOT a four star hotel. Very tired and although most of the staff are very pleasant, the management doesn’t seem to have their finger on the pulse. This could be a good hotel with more attention to detail. The bathrooms are old and dirty. The tissue box was filled with 6 tissues per day and the body wash in the shower had been diluted with water! No excuse for bathrooms being dirty! The hotel can’t control the pigeons but it can clean the balconies daily, without having to be asked. The corridors are dark and boring. The condition of the decking outside the bar would give a health and safety inspector a heart attack. The breakfasts are adequate) but very boring. The coffee, however, was delicious! The bar was staffed by one charming young man early evening, then followed by a really miserable chap who didn’t want to be there and certainly didn’t want to serve. The most memorable of the two, unfortunately, was the miserable, rude second man. The reception staff were always very helpful and polite and certainly made everyone feel welcome. I have waited six weeks to write my review as I wanted to make sure that my memories were fair and truthful.

Relatively small rooms where it can be a challenge to put away your luggage if on a long stay. Rooms by the road are noisy. Airco doesn’t work and it gets hot and humid on Terceira. Nice roof top bar but a few parasols for shade wouldn’t hurt. Good restaurant with a very sharply price menu of the day. Good location in the very center of Angra. Taxi stop right in front of the hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel, centrally located in Angra but with piss poor customer service. We contacted them ahead of time to warn them of our late check in and received no response. We arrived after midnight and called the hotel multiple times as taxis were sparse at the airport...no one answered. We arrived and received multiple comments that they hadn't expected 5 people despite the fact that this is clearly written on the reservation and the sofa beds/linens were not prepared. At 2 am we switched rooms for the clerk's Convenience as she had a crappier room with a sofa bed set up. Once we started to settle in we realized this room did not have a working lock and actually had to move all of our belongings AGAIN to another room. At Check out when asked about our experience we disclosed all of the above. They admitted the reservation included all of the information but we still were offered nothing except defensive excuses. The breakfast was below average with similarly crappy service. Will never stay here again.

멋지고 현대적인 호텔이며 바다와 요새의 아름다운 전망이 있는 매우 멋진 업데이트된 방을 가지고 있었습니다. 꽤 좋은 아침 식사도. 무료 주차가 가능하여 쇼핑과 레스토랑을 즐길 수 있는 구시가지 중심부까지 도보로 약 10분이 소요됩니다. 직원들은 모두 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 우리가 사랑하지 않은 유일한 아주 작은 것은 3층에 있는 우리 방에 가려면 체육관의 열린 문 옆을 걸어야 한다는 것입니다. 전형적인 체육관 냄새가 나서 체육관 문을 닫았으면 합니다. 그 외에는 훌륭한 숙박!
