좋은 호텔이었어요. 제가 예약한 객실에는 테이블, 접시, 그리고 멋진 가구들이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 욕실, 바닥, 벽은 조금 낡았습니다. 아마도 리모델링이 필요해 보이지만, 그래도 좋았습니다. 제 방에 도착해서 TV 채널을 재설정해야 했는데, 채널이 나오지 않았습니다.

아파트는 시설이 완비되어 있지만 조금 낡았습니다. 밖으로 나갈 수 있는 창문이 있는 넓은 발코니가 정말 마음에 들어요!

No reception man , no information about hotels details and rooming services, Bad experience…. Location is far from any market or services… The room was clean

이 아파트는 낡았고 가구도 낡았으며 눅눅한 냄새가 많이 납니다. 욕실과 침대 밑에 약간의 먼지가 있어 전반적으로 나쁜 느낌을 받았습니다. 하루 4시간, 주말 2시간 진행되오니 문제가 있으시면 행운을 빕니다. 예를 들어, 화장실에 정전이 되었는데, 다음날까지 고쳐지지 않았습니다. 청소 서비스도 없고, 젤도 없고, 샴푸도 없고, 수건도 거의 없고, 저처럼 5일을 보내면 청소 서비스가 그리워지기 시작해서 가격이 너무 저렴합니다. 게다가 공용 테라스를 보면 문을 쉽게 열 수 있어 불안감을 줍니다. 렌트카가 있으면 주차가 쉽기 때문에 2점 드립니다. 나와 같은 댓글을 보았다면 더 높은 품질의 다른 사이트에 더 많은 비용을 지불했을 것입니다.

The flat was clean and spacious, comfortable bed, microwave,fridge , kettle,and utensils. The bathroom wasn't as modern as the flat but shower and towels were good. It's about 30 minutes by bus from the centre, but cheaper than a similar option in the centre and the bus stops both ways are close by. I'd stay again. No English channels on the TV only downside for me

My travel plans changed, and I had to cancel my reservation with free cancellation. For over ten days, I wrote emails and called customer service to cancel. They kept telling me to do it through the website, but there was actually no option to cancel the reservation on the site. They didn't want to refund my money and had put me through a hassle. I wasted a lot of time searching on the website and sending emails just to cancel a reservation. The last time I called, I was very upset, but they finally canceled the reservation.

They have decent rooms and studios, pretty clean, good heating, quiet, availability most of the time and also a loyalty program. I am a constant client. There is a kitchen corner with spacious fridge, microwave, water heater, cutlery, some dishes and they also provide a tea, coffee and candies to the guest :).

Bon arrivée avec un personnel d'accueil sympathique. Par contre un peu vieillot et l'électricité des prises a sauté 3 fois durant la soirée et encore une fois dans la nuit ne me permettant pas d'avoir l'électricité le matin. donc pas de charge pour mes appareils, pas de frigo, pas de micro onde et pas de bouilloire pour le petit déjeuner. Mais il y a pire. Chambre infestée de punaise de lit. Impossible de dormir dès 4h45 passé. j'ai laissé un commentaire sur papier à l'accueil pour être rappelé, mais en vain, ils s'en foutent visiblement. Passez votre chemin, vu qu'ils ne prennent même pas leurs responsabilités...

Het hotel bood een uitstekende ervaring tijdens ons verblijf. De kamers waren ruim, schoon en comfortabel, met moderne voorzieningen. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en het ontbijt was gevarieerd en van goede kwaliteit. De locatie was ideaal, dicht bij winkels en bezienswaardigheden. De faciliteiten, waaronder het zwembad en de fitnessruimte, waren goed onderhouden. Al met al een geweldige keuze voor zowel zakelijke als recreatieve reizigers. We komen zeker terug!

MUY mala experiencia,NADA recomendable,nos hemos sentido engañados. La calefacciòn no iba,teníamos un radiador eléctrico únicamente que no calentaba NADA,lo dijimos y la única soluciòn que nos dieron fue darnos otro radiador eléctrico(cuando nos le dejaron que estábamos fuera volvimos y la puerta no la habían cerrado con llave,nos encontramos la habitaciòn abierta) EL agua caliente tampoco iba,MUY desagradable después de pasar todo el día con el frío de Bruselas tenerte que duchar con agua fría. En 4días no nos cambiaron ni toallas ni nos vaciaron la papelera.. El papel higiénico nos dieron un rollo y tuvimos que pedir otro, Si venís a Bruselas,de verdad que no caigáis en el error que nosotros cometimos que fue fiarnos de las fotos que había,que NO se corresponden para nada con la realidad.

Hôtel infecté de Punaise de lit. J'ai l'impression que les responsables de l'hôtel ont abandonné l'hôtel. Pas d'entretien et nul part ou se plaindre. À fuir à tt prix. Ils ne veulent même pas rembourser ma nuit cauchemardesque. Photos à l'appui.

Für eine Nacht ok, aber definitiv nicht länger. Zimmer ist teilweise renoviert und hat einen Balkon. Dieser ist aber eher die Autobahn des Hauses, an der Außentreppe laufen ständig Jugendliche auf und ab. Im 2. Stock ist eine technoparty.
