The guy checking us in seemed very annoyed when we checked in. He seemed bothered with our question's and annoyed that we were even asking. It was this way the last time we stayed at this hotel. So now for sure this will be the last time we stay here, Which sucks because I liked having breakfast and the big rooms.

The room was a terrific size (we had a 1 bdrm suite) Breakfast was good with lots of options. Inside was very clean. Bed was comfy. Most of the pillows were nice and fluffy. Kitchen area was great to have. My biggest issue was the pool area. With the way the hotel was designed, the pool doesn’t get sun past 1-2pm. If you like a shaded pool then this is a great option. Unfortunately we were looking forward to sunny pool days on our long stay. Also, there was a sewage smell. Not something you want to be smelling while trying to relax. I brought it up to a worker and then again to one of the managers. No one ever followed up with me about it. We stayed 13 nights and everytime we used the pool I could smell it *puke* The grounds around the pool area could use some more attention as well. A lot of dead bugs that were never cleaned up, the tables had gooey stuff stuck on them I’m assuming from other guests bringing food out etc. Also the pool towels suck! They are so thin, and would fit a toddler best. Ive stayed at other Element locations with way nicer/full size pool towels. Overall our stay was good. If the pool area was taken care of better and no sewage smell I would definitely stay here again even though the pool isn’t in an ideal location for my liking

This my first bad review. We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. We checked in late and we went to bed. After midnight they called us and they said they forgot to give us the parking permit . My husband woke up and went to the lobby then he went out side to the car to put the permit on the dashboard. Second night, we came back from Disneyland around 11pm and we didn’t find parking we asked the front desk and they said we have to drive to another parking outside the hotel(We had one car for 2 rooms). The front desk was rude and she told us to complain to the manager in the morning. The room had no toilet paper we had to call ask why……, never ever coming back to this hotel. By the way I am bonvoy member and I travel a lot.

Our stay was interesting! It started really rough, but then everything turned out well! We had a long day at Disneyland, so we didn’t check into our room around 11:30 pm, close to midnight I believe! Check in took some quite time. When we went up to our room the room had not been cleaned, it was dirty! Meaning housekeeping never cleaned the room! We had to go back to the front desk and let her know of the situation. We waited quite a bit for her to be able to put us in a different room. We were finally able to stay in our room and get some rest.

We stayed at the hotel for a night during our Disneyland trip and it was just what I was looking for. 5 adults and a baby in a suite (two queens one pullout) w/ a kitchenette worked out perfectly. We did the pre-check in and were able to get the room much earlier than 4pm. The staff was super nice and we could walk to/back from Disneyland (15-20min)! Plus, a lot of people walked also so it felt very safe :)

Stayed here for a Disneyland trip. It was perfect. The room was clean and spacious for a family of four. The free breakfast in the morning was good and a nice stop before heading to the park. We chose to walk but there is a shuttle that will take you to the park. Walk was not long and the kids did just fine with it.

Staff was great. They had our room ready and let us check in very early, which saved our day! Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was amazing.

The breakfast at this hotel was incredible!! We stayed a total of 3 nights and every single one was a great night. I will recommend this hotel to anyone planning on going to Anaheim, or wanting a quick place to any amenity around the area.

Excellent option for Disneyland. Clean, modern, big rooms, kitchenette, great options for families. Shuttle to Disney right outside the hotel. The best breakfast!!!! Highly recommend, will be back
