就迪士尼正門對面馬路離迪士尼非常近，周圍大環境感覺安全，夜間很安靜，房間乾淨，空調不吵。

We’ve stayed here multiple times but this time wasn’t good. No hot water at the sink coffee maker barely worked. The room was so warm air conditioning wouldn’t work at night only when we left the room. The tv tiled on every channel but two.

This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The walls are seriously thin and you can hear absolutely everything. Sleep was almost impossible until after midnight every night. The location was wonderful but I would never stay here again.

Pros: Front desk staff very pleasant, location to Disneyland was a two minute walk, price not bad for being close to the park, responsive when linens were needed. Cons: 1) The A/C was terrible. If you put it at 66 degrees it would continually short out and need reset at the outlet and then the digital thermostat on the wall would malfunction. All night long. And it’s loud. If you set it at 67 , it wouldn’t keep it very cool though the wall thermometer was reading arctic temp. Then when you were gone during the day it would shut off entirely and the room would be a sauna (not a good one) when you got back. Their solution…just keep resetting it myself. All night. And no, they do not have fans you can use. 2) Not clean. Had to ask for new bedding because of mystery stains on the ones when we got there. The mattresses on the bunk beds…not clean at all. The kids slept with us instead. 3) The parking is ridiculous and is $30/day. Very small lot so when the slots are full, they “valet” the vehicle which means parking it behind another. We came out to leave early in the morning and had to wait for them to move cars just so we could get to ours.

My room was never stocked with basic needs like toilet paper and towels I had to call for these things multiple times my toilet broke several times which I needed up having to fix myself because no one would come for a long period of time. Room wasn’t even stocked with soap, coffee or toilet paper when I checked in. I will not ever stay here again. Was not worth $400 per night with other nicer hotels for the same price next door. Staff was friendly but the service was terrible.

We stayed at this property for five days, and my older child was staying in another room. All was well until the parking situation. We were told we had complete access to our vehicle 24 hours a day, we were also told we had to turn our keys in when the parking was full. The morning we were checking out, our car was blocked in by several vehicles. We went to the front office to ask them to move the vehicles, the employee on duty said they had no access keys and that we had to wait until 6am for another employee to come in to move the cars. We needed the car because we had to drive to Los Angeles, drop off the rental car, and get to the airport to catch our flight. We had plans to leave the hotel at 5am. This was unacceptable, and unprofessional for people who are traveling and need access to their vehicle, this also seems like it would be dangerous in case of an emergency. We will not being staying here again.

Valet and front desk staff were very nice. Both beds had long black hair in and on them. A pillow case was stained. Toilet had urine on the outside and hair on the bathroom floor. We left and did not stay in the room.

Manger was rude. Beds were not comfortable pillows were flat. Took over and hour to get checked in

The door underneath had about 1 inch opening Wi-Fi would freeze constantly and cable tv wasn’t working very well.
