Large living and dining for your large gatherings. Kitchen and breakfast room equipped with all the essentials. Two bedrooms, bathroom with tub and living space upstairs. Large fully fenced yard with deck. Conveniently located in central Amarillo. Just fifteen minutes from the airport. The space This unique home is ready for your family reunions, wedding showers, baby showers, bridal weekends, girls night in, little girls birthday parties, honeymoon and anniversary get aways! We do not allow all night wild parties with people coming in and out at all hours of the night. This is a home in a quiet neighborhood with elderly neighbors. Please respect our home and our neighbors. Guest access Three bedroom house. Awesome place to spend our weekend! House had a great layout and was the perfect place for all of us. The owner was very friendly and responsive and if we find ourselves in amarillo again, this house would be high on our list to look for availability.

Not great communication. It took days and multiple requests to get another night added to our reservation. I asked the morning of check-in for the code to get in and was told to wait closer to check-in. I had to ask again after check-in time. This was obviously a bit stressful since host wasn't always responding well to messages. Additional room is 50/night plus 25 cleaning fee and is absolutely not worth it. Basically just an old spring bed in a concert room. No useable closet/water/etc. Wifi is good throughout, and kitchen is stocked. Lights/fans are low so watch your head. Water heater seems high so watch your skin. Beds are all old loud spring mattresses. But if you're just a couple who needs nothing from the host then it's great!

I always enjoy staying over in Amarillo I always enjoy traveling through Amarillo. It is always nice to stay in a house that has everything you need for a short stay. The AC was wonderful. We were traveling to Santa Fe for a 8 night stay. We often travel to Colorado too. Amarillo and VRBO homes like this make travel through Amarillo pleasant and restful.

Birthday Celebration This is a very lovely home! It was very spacious and had a nice layout to meet everyone’s needs. It was 4th of July so the downside was fireworks until 4:30am but that’s not the owner’s fault. The upstairs air conditioning was struggling and I reached out to the property contact where we were able to work together and get it up and going again. I did love the fact that although she didn’t know me we worked together quite nicely and it wasn’t a big deal at all. I recommend OFF because of all the rain the mosquitoes were attacking but once again not the owner’s fault just something to consider if you plan on staying there. I would stay here again for sure!

Vintage Cottage The location was okay and central to where we were wanting to stay. Merlina was terrific to work with. The cottage is in need of some serious LOVE. The smell was absolutely stagnant when we arrived and we were unable to open any windows. :-( The home is old and outdated, the kitchen has old appliances, the microwave door is broken, the wooden blinds have MANY that are broken so when you open them they fall. The bathroom drain was super slow and the handle on the master toilet was broken so you had to "jiggle" it to stop running. The fenced in yard was nice EXCEPT there was junk everywhere and needs some TLC. A quiet neighborhood (which we enjoyed). After we purchased some candles and a fan we were able to get the smell down so we could actually enjoy our second(final) night. I would encourage the listing to be updated.

Beautiful Home, Great Host Everything was great here, an older home, but beautiful. The house was huge and had many older elements that made it charming. The rooms were tastefully designed and all the cabinets were fully stocked. We had a family get together here and it was the perfect location for our little get together. On top of that there was a power outage (someone hit a transformer) and the host was on the phone within minutes helping me locate the flashlights and emergency candles. Definitely will rent again!

Spacious rooms. Loved that it had a circle drive, so we could pull right up to the porch to unload. Old house charm. Nice fenced backyard for your doggy. They appeared to offer all major streaming channels on their TV. Loved the wood floors.
