Food was not good. Room service order very slow. room washroom very dirty. Room bed bed sheet not proper cleaning. ................,...................................... Hotel staff was not good. misbehave for my senior Very bad visit. I book a room for my boss my Bhawani singh.he is not happy.he comeing his wife but not comfortable in this hotel.

I am an European female solo traveller who had some issues with my (another hotel) reservation in Alwar, so I had to cancel everything and just walked around, quite upset, asking for a room, as I was struggling to find one and had really bad communication problems, since I can´t speak any Hindi .I was lucky enough to end up in Sparrow Inn, where Afsana even came out (to the road) to have a chat with me and she kind of adopted me and looked after me during my stay. She is one of the kindest people I´ve met in India.Extremely helpful and supportive, making sure all my needs were covered and I felt ok at all times . She gave me a great room and sorted everything for me to go to Sariska . Her English is absolutely perfect. I felt very safe there and Afsana made sure I had a great experience during my stay. She is very calm and smart, really efficient performing her duties and it´s not only that she is good at her job, but also has a special empathy , as she understood straight away the way I was feeling and made everything she could so I had a very pleasant stay there. She was amazing at all times . Thank you so much for your kindness, Afsana.You really made a difference .You are an angel !

Decent property, excellent staff. Good food. Comfortable stay overall. The staff are very helpful and service oriented. Breakfast - complimentary breakfast had a large spread.

I won’t recommend, there are more options available. Literally unprofessional staff. If one is facing any issue they have to sort that out on their own.

Staff was good and accommodating however the place was okay. The room was a little dirty i had to get the sheets replaced as soon as i got in.

The room i booked was not good as ac not cooling, telephone was not we working. Attitude of staa not good ad they were not happy i booked through make my trip. They asked me to pay 500 rupees to change the room. Ultimately when i was reluctant they finally changed my room. I will never come again in this hotel
