The staff at the front desk were friendly and professional and made me feel welcome upon arrival. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were helpful. Even the food was amazing here... One should definitely try

I visited in your hotel , Ambience very good , Room was neat and clean . Nice hotel good ambience clean room near by temple specially staff behaviour friendly.Amazing stay with idhayan palace Vrindavan , loved the hospitality & the stay was comfortable. The staff was cooperative & helpful , just a call away. The way everyone greets in the hotel was incredible, makes u feel u r in lord Krishna’s place .

I road so accessibility to other places is good. Rest all sas good. Kundan chef was also very helpful and kind during breakfasts. We not only enjoyed our stay but also enjoyed the place in and around Read less and service staff also good and so smile face tq

good location to visit main temples and parkarima route. Staff is very helpful to direct you towards right temples including how much it should cost so you wont get over charged. Room is spacious and food at restaurant was tasty, little over priced for dinner. I had breakfast included so lots of variety of food.

Idhayan Palace is a very well maintained nice hotel in Vrindavan, one of the best options in Vrindavan. Few things to like are: 1. Excellent location- Close to all the temples including Prem temple and Iskcon temple, yet stays away from the crowd that takes over the entire place on weekends. 2. Very courteous and professional staff- The staff is super helpful and very responsive. They upgraded is to a nice premium room as a courtesy and all our requests were promptly handled 3. Clean rooms and bath rooms with premium feel 4. Tasty food in the restaurant- Food was tasty and made to our requirements . Tea was one of the best I had across India Cons- nothing comes to my mind really, But if I really have to give a suggestion a welcome drink would have been fantastic
