麼想到酒店這麼的漂亮，有室內泳池和室外泳池，酒店早餐也很豐富，早餐的水果很新鮮。酒店服務人員態度很好非常熱情。

Fantastisch verblijf!!

We had a lovely stay, hotel room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful and attentive.

Loved the upgrade Friendly helpful staff. Noisy first room which the hotel was aware of and only upgraded after we complained. But overall very good.

Excellent. Recommendation that you join their points group to get 10% discount on everything while there. Beautiful beach just below. 5 mins drive in to old Alvor which has great restaurants, if you're not taking the half board option. Breakfast (incl) is amazing, and they even ha e Bucks Fizz on offer every day!

We received 5 star service in a 4 star property. This hotel is in need of investment, the bedroom furnishings & decor are very tired. The gym was awful with the majority of the equipment broken and in need of a deep clean. The mattress was very worn and uncomfortable. I feel sorry for the staff as they go out of their way to give you excellent service. The location is beautiful too, ideal for lovely long walks along the boardwalk.

Great location overlooking beautiful beaches, spacious room and bath, good food. Free parking. Room is a bit cold with weak heating.

The staff noticed our preferences such as white coffee and picked up that it was my husband birthday from his passport. Delivered cake and champagne. Fantastic location on best beach in Algarve

The views, location and staff service really make this hotel. Unfortunately we did not receive room upgrade with VIP status but the included wine was excellent. The daily breakfast buffet was very good and we enjoyed the selection of vegetables available with the salad offerings at the dinner buffet. The only reason I give this a 4 vs 5 stars is the matresses and furnishings really need an update. The mattress was very uncomfortable. And no matter how low we made the AC in the room it just never got really cool. With having a sea view room you do get to hear the ocean all night but I did find it hard to sleep with the mattress and room temperature. I would recommend this hotel for everything else though!

The hotel is in a beautiful spot overlooking the sea and beach. Hotel staff are very nice. Hotel is very clean throughout. Lift down to the beach is a nice plus. Bed rooms in older part of hotel are a little tired and dated. It the views from the hotel you can’t surpass.

Property was beautiful the services were great and professional very friendly staff.
