The rooms are exquisitely furnished, very comfortable and spacious. Hurray! All the towels can be hung up on hooks! Not sure about the bathtub being visible from the bed room, but each to their own! Breakfast in a beautifully appointed room was delicious with excellent choices. The only downside for me was the dining room which, when compared to the rest of the Casa looked tired and unloved! Views are outstanding, and if you are a star gazer, you will be in your element. Not overly impressed with the house wines, but Jumilla and Yecla are not too far away!

I pitty the fool who have to stay on this joke of a resort. The room and building was nice, I'll give them that. But that's it. They present themselves as high end. Its not. It's just sad. Norwegian prices but sub-par quality on just about everything. The breakfast was an empty coffe mug, no cheese or juice nor bread a hour i to service. The barmaid did not know what an irish coffee was. Just sad really. We asked for lunch upon arrival (13.00 hrs) This was close to impossible to make happen. It tok 1 hour to the cost of aprx 35 euros- a head for- lunch and something supposed to be coffee. And a vinyard tour? 15 min in a warehouse looking at a tractor. The a sip of wine in the kitchen. Wort 15 €? I think not. The best ting about this place was leaving never to returen.

The place is good with good rooms and nice location. But the service at dinner was terrible and the waiter created chaos and had no interest in his customers or to get them satisfied with food and drink. The breakfast personnel were very good, however. Since the place is remotely located it is not easy to go somewhere else for dinner if you live there. So my advice is don’t eat dinner there, and hence don’t stay there.

What a beautiful place. And what a view. And how relaxing it was. Out in the Spanish countryside about an hour west of Alicante. Placed in the middle of the wine yard. Small hotel with only a few rooms. Th architecture was modern but still hacienda like, with a cooling pool in the middle. Nice restaurant and a good breakfast.

We were really looking forward to eating and staying here after reading the rave reviews. I can honestly say I am bitterly disappointed. The room is nice and I have no complaints about it (we stayed in the suite). However, the food here leaves a lot to be desired. We arrived hungry and thought we would have lunch, we ordered carbonara and “special salad”. The carbonara was just a microwave meal reheated, small portion, bland and very mediocre, the special salad was just a bag of mixed leaves from the supermarket a portion of which were rotten, served with an under ripe avocado an apple, grapes and walnut, underwhelmed wasn’t the word. The lunch was so bad that we decided to cancel the evening meal, however thinking we may have been rash given the rave reviews we decided to give the restaurant a try in the evening. I really wished we hadn’t as again it was a severe disappointment. The best dish was the tuna tartar which was good, the cod bites “to share” were more akin to a 5 euro kids meal and certainly not worth the 15 euro price tag for 5 pieces of fish bites!! My wife ordered the 200g beef tenderloin and I ordered the salmon. The tenderloin was the thinnest and worst cut of steak we have ever had in Spain, it was more like a minute steak which you would get in a low quality resort on the coast, the roasted veg beneath it was cold like it had sat for a while waiting for the steak. The salmon was adequate at best, soggy skin, cold roasted veg, disappointing. In all honesty we have had some great meals in Yecla and we were really looking forward to this one, after eating at Barahonda last night this place does not even come close in terms of food quality or service. My advice to anyone thinking of coming here is save you hard earned cash and go to Barahonda instead.

Un descubrimiento. A un precio extrañamente bajo, un hotel nuevo, de diseño, con pocas habitaciones pero todos los servicios necesarios, incluído un restaurante con una carta muy sugeridora. Las habitaciones increíblemente espaciosas, con terraza a los viñedos. Una pequeña, pero suficiente, piscina central. En una finca de viñedos, lejos de todo pero cerca de poblaciones como Yecla o Jumilla. Abstenerse los que se pongan nerviosos con la calma
