레지던스 인 올랜도 알타몬테 스프링/마잇랜드(Residence Inn Orlando Altamonte Springs/Maitland)

In a two week vacation covering Orlando, Marathon, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Key West, and many others, Residence Inn was by far the very best!

Exterior of property is very run down, faded, not well kept. Landscape was not attended to at all. Walkways were messy, trash, rocks…. Interior was very cheap feeling. Showe Mr curtain rod was coming off wall and shower curtain would not stay in place.

This property is starting to show its age but still a nice place to stay. The breakfast bar is always well stocked and clean. The service is 5 star and its close to a lot of differant restaurants( Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Kobi Steak House, etc. Would stay again, no problem!

The room was dirty, moldy, the carpet was discussing and had holes in it. The bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete and the bedding was put on inside out. Tried to call the front office and all we got was a message that the mailbox was full. Went to the office and no one was available. Took three days to get clean towels, asked for an additional blanket and it was dirty. Marriott needs to take this property offline and revamp the entire property. Will not stay there again.

the sofa in room was impossible to sit on. had to go to bed early and stay in bed since that was the only place to sit that didn't hurt our back.

Nice clean hotel located off main highway in a quiet area. The breakfast offered at the hotel was great. The hotel is located in a walkable area near many restaurants and stores. Whole Foods, Starbucks and a mall are located nearby.

This hotel seems like an old apar**ent/condo complex that was converted to a hotel. The room was spacious but pretty outdated. The shower head leaked and I’m pretty sure the tub was leaking too. We didn’t really want our toddlers bathing in the tubs due to a weird stain (blood or rust) so when they needed baths we did it at my family’s house who we were visiting. We stayed for 4 nights and the maid never came one time. You can hear everything going in the room above you and beside you. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it offered free cribs. They didn’t give us one (we didn’t bother to go back and ask because it was already late so we just had our kids sleep with us). The stay wasn't completely awful but we would not stay again.

Beware of the hidden parking charge- while it is not much, what frustrated me the most was the fact that it was not mentioned to me at check-in. This was for a business trip, and I had alreayd pre-calculated the total cost for the trip for my boss. The hotel is very closed in, so where else am I supposed to park? I would have appreciated an explanation, this unfortunately soured my experience. Also the place is old and in need of major upkeep for the outside. The inside is okay but still run-down.

All around great stay! Quick run down. Cons: Not informed of the on site parking $5 /day Hole in celiling of vent to get to ac unit Bathroom is tight squeeze Pros: Heat 🔥✅️ Spacious/Cozy Tv/WiFi ✅️ Bed/Linen -Amazing✅️ Breakfast weekend was better than i had anticipated. Weekend was egg and cheese breakfast "tacos"; oa**eal, biscuits and gravy, waffles and your standard milk, fruit, yogurt toppings were awesome, gave a great variety. Weekday-GF muffins, same milk, yogurt, grits, sausage, eggs.. the orange juice is delicious. All around great stay would recommend others
