리조트 내 직원들은 환상적이었습니다. 훌륭한 태도. 도움이 되며 항상 이용 가능합니다. 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 나는 여행할 때나 경유할 때 항상 이 위치에 머물 것이다

이 호텔에 두 번째로 묵었습니다. 2A3C 제품군과 함께. 지난 번에는 솔로였습니다. 위치는 괜찮습니다. 호텔 밖에 다양한 음식이 있는 포장마차가 있습니다. 그러나 불행히도 호텔은 잘 관리되지 않았습니다. 1. 방에 들어갈 수 없습니다. 방 키 배터리가 방전되었습니다. 들어가면 방이 더럽습니다. 다른 방을 변경할 수 있습니다. 화장대 램프의 짧은 램프 와이어. 충격을 두려워합니다. 2. 냉장고가 파손되었으나 클레임을 제기한 후 냉장고를 교체할 수 있습니다. 호텔은 아름답지만 종합적인 수리 프로그램이 필요하다고 생각합니다.

Great location, superb variety of food available just below the hotel. Staff are so - so. They should at least put a sign where is the lift hotel, reception area as it all compact in one area with the shop lot. Otherwise great staycation 👍🏻

The front desk receptioist welcome guest with pleasent smile and would explain the detail of hotel services.Thus she can introduce various visit places in Alor Star..She done a good work on her task.tq

I did already write about the room that i stayed in, so here i’ m writing about their fnb,  Suggestions actualy. 1) Have two persons to manage the omelete station, with 2 cooking device. The waiting is quite long at busy hour. 2)I consider myself a regular there and everytime the main bfast course would be nasi lemak with pasta or nasi lemak with fried noodle or nasi lemak with smthing .please, Kedah is a food haven, try something else, rotate, whatever. 3)2 days in a row, fruits were papaya and pineapple.  Somethg else pls  Apart from the single room n fnb, the rest i am satisfied with.Would like to continue being a regular if they would consider changing the menu a bit and get rid of stained curtains and bed covers, plus, make the phone and tv works everytime. Suddenly thats a lot to take into consideration….hmm

Location great. Beside arkib Tun Mahathir. Near to city. Parking free.have lift. Room industrial style but you get as what you pay. Tissue only in toilet and no other amenities than shower gel. But i will come again

.Grohe 수도꼭지 및 믹서를 포함한 편의 시설이 잘 사용되어 있으며 침대 프레임 측면의 파편과 먼지가 비우면 좋을 것입니다. 편안한 환경과 아름답게 디자인되었습니다. 주요 도로 옆에 있는 멋진 ”현재”카페까지 도보 거리에 있습니다.

This hotel is too old. So was my room. Quite spacious but have to change room due to poor air conditioning. Somehow staffs took action fast and feel appreciated. Didn't take the morning breakfast as I have my early flight to catch.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this homestay. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated that made us feel right at home. The room had everything we needed, including a comfortable dining table, bedding, hairdryer, heaters, Wi-Fi, and most importantly, excellent water pressure! The location was ideal, with food stalls and convenient stores nearby. We also felt very safe with its security door. The only minor point for improvement was that there were no extra keys provided for our family of six, which made it a bit challenging at times. Overall, we highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful, hassle-free place to stay. It was an unforgettable experience, and we would love to return!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
