So relaxing and clean and staff were lovely would definitely go back

Apartments are spacious and clean albeit difficult to get luggage up if on top floor. We had issues with air con and drainage smells from bathroom. The air con was however fixed immediately which was excellent service. The Senna restaurant was amazing as were the staff in the restaurant and around the pool. The food at Senna is exceptional and I was surprised it wasn’t busier. Breakfast was also extremely well organised and good. On arrival it would be nice to be informed of the bus that apparently goes to Quinta each day apart from weekends and also a leaflet of some form about the services available to be left in the room. I wouldn’t stay again mainly due to some of the reception ladies being somewhat retisant in assisting and I thought the pool area was akin to a concrete mass without any plants or aesthetic benefit to an area you are resting in. Pool was lovely and a fabulous temperature.

My wife and I were attending a wedding and Lakeside was a perfect place to stay for 4 nights. A spacious, light, clean comfortable apartment with a balcony and only 50 yards from the pool. The provision of breakfast in one’s room was also very welcome with fresh bread delivered daily. The ease of utilising Uber also meant that the good location resulted in us easily being able to get around the area and go to the various venues of the wedding over the long weekend. Highly recommended

Lovely spacious and clean 2 bedroomed apartment with balcony overlooking the resort area. The air con was excellent, and the daily servicing of the apartment was appreciated! Reception staff on check-in and check-out were all very friendly and helpful! Also, very pet friendly... The indoor poor was excellent and very clean. The onsite restaurant served the inclusive breakfast and had outside seating which allowed us to sit with our dog. Lovely lady serving breakfasts.... The restaurant at night served a good choice menu in very pleasant surroundings, again with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Good onsite parking but some stairs to negotiate! The location is in the heart of the Quinta do Lago area and a car was essential; the longish walk to the beach and board walks was only by road, about 15 minutes to The Shack, but not that many bars and restaurants close by. There is a shopping mall and supermarket about 5 minutes drive.

We rented a two bedroom apartment for five nights. The apartment was spacious and well-supplied. The staff greeted us in a friendly and professional way and were always on hand if we needed anything. To my surprise, the apartment was cleaned every day, and I did not expect this. The pool area was very nice, and plenty of sun loungers. Overall, we were very satisfied and I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in the resort's only 4-bed villa which is a little separate from everything else but still very close to the facilities. The villa was quite outdated but very clean. The bathrooms really do need an upgrade though and the bed in the main bedroom is extremely old - they need to buy a new one asap! But it did the job and fit all 7 of us easily and we enjoyed it. The resort pool is very nice and having the option of complimentary continental breakfast in the restaurant is a nice extra for a villa holiday. The location is absolutely ideal in the Vale do Lobo area - with lots of nice restaurants and beaches etc very accessible. The best restaurants of the bunch for us were Bold Octopus and Tony's Pizza, both well worth a visit. The price was fair as well and so overall we'd stay again.
