Very nice hotel and very good location. Quiet place, close to the Sea. The employees are very friendly and professional. The breakfast is very nice and we can chose between Italian and Continental menu. The food is fresha and very well cooked.

La struttura è molto bella. Le camere molto pulite e il personale davvero accogliente e gentile. La spa è datata e poco curata. Non c'è la sauna né la stanza del sale, sicuramente non la rifarei

Excellent hotel, clean, modern style, spotlessly clean, fantastic staff and huge pool. Only downside is that there is very little in the way of amenities nearby, so you definitely need a car. But fantastic beaches 15 minutes drive and Gallipoli only 25 minutes by car. Great value at the end of season.

We chose this hotel after cancelling my hotel in Gallipoli because I read you have to leave your car at port and walk with your luggage to the hotel. This obviously wasn’t going to work because we are from the USA, and are here for a month. I found this hotel after my search online, and chose it because of the excellent reviews, Photos, and amenities. The hotel met all our expectations. The staff were incredible. They were always ready to help and always professional. The room was beautiful as was the hotel. The pool was awesome and breakfast was great. Overall there is not one bad thing I have to say about this gem of a hotel. We look forward to visiting Giardino Delle Pini in the future. Grazie siete stati grandissimi.

Ein in die in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, welches vor einigen Jahren in Teilen oberflächig und nicht immer stilsicher renoviert wurde. Die Rezeption ist einladend, Bereiche wie die Terrasse oder Poolbar/ WC jedoch nicht. Der Pool ist groß und schön, der Service an der Poolbar langsam und überfordert. Wir waren enttäuscht, da wir uns auch hier bei großen Anbietern wie Escapio von Bildern haben täuschen lassen. Das Frühstuck war bis auf den Kaffee/ Cappuccino unterdurchschnittlich! Gesamtbewertung: Nicht mehr als ein Mittelklassehotel. Jetzt das Gute: Entschädigt wurden wir durch ein hervorragendes und einmaliges Restaurant in Felline ( Antico Monastero) und der dazugehörigen Bar mit tollen Cocktails und dem Besuch an 2 Tagen im LidoMania ( buchbar im Hotel). Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Non è facile trovare un difetto in questa struttura: camere ampie, bagni puliti e spaziosi, campo da tennis/calcetto, piscina, reception h24 con personale gentilissimo e disponibile, parcheggio, colazione variegata e ristorante incluso, aperto per cena ma disponibile per pranzi veloci a bordo piscina...informazioni, escursioni, servizio bici a poca distanza, nessun desiderio rimane inevaso. Senza dimenticare i teli da mare/piscina forniti gratuitamente ogni giorno, nonché la tagliata di frutta offerta all'arrivo. Se proprio dovessi cercare qualche neo, potrei "lamentarmi" solo del menù del ristorante, ricercato e curato ma che non mette eccessivamente in risalto il fantastico cibo pugliese, così come la proposta del pranzo, un po' spartana nell'impiattamento e nella realizzazione. Ma si tratta veramente di dettagli trascurabili...tornerei in questa struttura ogni giorno credetemi...un'oasi di tranquillità, pulizia, ambiente curato e disponibilità con pochi eguali!
