Welcome to the Blue Ridge Parkway Campground, an off-grid Glamping experience nestled in the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains, just off the Blue Ridge Parkway. This prime location allows guests to explore multiple scenic overlooks within a few miles of the cabin. Built with locally sourced rough-sawn wood, the cabin offers an authentic, rustic experience. The cabins are powered by 2000-watt solar generators, which provides energy for lighting, and charging any devices you may bring. The cabins are also equipped with 10,000 BTU space heaters to keep you warm on chilly nights. Additionally, we provide queen size Tempur-Pedic mattress to ensure your comfort. For your showering needs, there are shower houses that feature a unique rainwater system. Rainwater is collected through a screened gutter system, ensuring that clean water is stored for showers. Please note that this water is suitable for washing but not for drinking. You will find incinerator toilets at the shower houses, which are thoroughly cleaned and restocked before every guest's arrival. We welcome pets, so feel free to bring along your furry friends! The cabin comes fully equipped with the following essentials: 1. Linens and towels 2. Coffee, a coffee pot, and cups 3. Body wash and shampoo 4. Board games 5. Lanterns 6. A two-person table with chairs 7. Two rocking chairs 8. A fire pit 9. A picnic table Please Note: The rainwater shower is not available from December 15 to April 1 due to freezing temperatures.
