Food was oily and the room was average…not like the pictures shown in make my trip

Ok for single person on budget for one night Very noisy on the road. Extreme noise during the night meant unable to sleep well. Old noisy AC. Curtain unable to keep early morning light out. Had to switch off AC to reduce noise that meant mosquito attack. Overall staff were helpful but with exception of tips.

It was a good experience. If at all visit prayagraj next time will visit the same hotel again. Also the food was awesome.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Right from the check-in, the front desk staff lacked basic customer service skills and professionalism. The entire process felt outdated and inefficient, reflecting an old-school business approach that does not align with modern hospitality standards. The building itself is old and poorly maintained, with cleanliness and upkeep clearly not being a priority. The rooms were equipped with outdated window air conditioners, and the furniture looked worn out. The overall interior quality was subpar, making the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the washrooms were average at best, and the absence of an exhaust fan only added to the inconvenience. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its proximity to the railway station, which is convenient for travelers. However, for the premium price charged, we later realized that there are far better alternatives available in the area. Given the poor service, outdated amenities, and lack of maintenance, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

If you are not allowed to enter pragyraj city if you are travel-ling from outside in your vehicle then you must let your customer know about this issue before taking booking

They denied giving room after we arrived They denied instantaneously after our arrival after seeing the booking amount without any notice and that too when i enquired an hour before reaching at site. No commitments and completely money oriented people
