Excellent stay. Great service, lovely room, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Very good food in the pub/restaurant. Some small repairs needed to the room which we highlighted to the staff.

Great little Inn. Highly recommend, very pretty room and excellent vibe all throughout. Highly enjoyed the easy access to the rooms from the pub, and the food was delicious. Highly enjoyed breakfast and food portions during dinner. The only downside was the water pressure in the room and temperature. Very low pressure making showers not enjoyable. Overall, will come again.

Place is amazing, real fire in the lounges on a cold day was so inviting. staff were fantastic, rooms were remarkable and clean. Shower/bath was so relaxing. Food was very nice. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again when down this way. Thank You

Outstanding Hotel, everything was above my expectations. I paid a little extra for the delux room and it was well worth it. Great staff and amazing food, really worth having a meal there. I would highly recommend staying here or even just using the restaurant if local. 5 stars all day long!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast excellent and the staff were very attentive making sure you enjoyed your meal. The breakfasts are incredible.

Absolutely lived up to its previous reviews, warm friendly pub, excellent service from such pleasant and helpful staff. The room was spacious, well appointed, airconditioned, and no shortage of tea, coffee, and spring water. Ultra clean en-suite, and a bed that hugged you when you were ready for lights out. The food was amazing, cooked so that the flavours hit your taste buds, with plenty of choices on a 'cant make my mind up what to choose' menu.Recommended for a stop over, or definitely an evening meal if you dont have the time to stay and sample the open fire and the friendly service.

Room was spotless and just lovely. Food was fantastic, and all the staff were absolutely brilliant. This was a lovely relaxing break for us and we would recommend the Marquis without any hesitation.

A fabulous Inn. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The dinner was amazing. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and well equipped- the homemade choc chip cookies were a lovely touch!
