Old and run down in the middle of nowhere with no scenery around, but a wire fence giving you a nice prison atmosphere. Non existent service.

Great location, awesome atmosphere and caring staff. Most helpful receptionist and staffs. Annesha and mohini were so sweet of me. One served welcome juice to me another took me to the room. The resturant staffs were also very good and had a great time at taj alibaug resort and spa.

Recently visited Taj alibaug resort and spa on my birthday 4th june 2000, and the staff was kind enough to plan a birthday decoration and a cake in my room. Check in experience was smooth all thanks to Ummer who also took care of end number of room service requests, always smiling personnel vijay who escorted us to the room while giving a brief about the property, summair who granted us a late checkout and moksh who overlooked all the operations at the desk. Spa experience with Ankita was the highlight of the day, she is amazing, professional and too good at what she does also her warm energy and beautiful smile made my day! A sweet gesture from your end to arrange a complimentary high tea with traditional dance performances blew my mind! Breakfast experience was wholesome as Prajakta, Anushka, and harshit looked after us! Your property felt like home away from home, i literally didn’t want to go back as it was an absolute surreal experience staying amidst the nature with luxury the Taj way, I wouldn’t lie but i am already looking forward to come back soon! Kudos to you and your entire team!

The stay at Taj Alibaug was a memorable experience. The service and staff were good and polite. The property is well-maintained and has many activities to engage in. We spent our afternoon playing many indoor games and had fun in the swimming pool in the evening. The hotel arranged cultural and musical plays during the high tea, which was very entertaining. We enjoyed the soulful Sitar played by the musician during breakfast time. The rooms and amenities are clean and tastefully designed. I liked the way they decorated the room with balloons and a card, which made my birthday celebration special. One thing that bothered me was the temperature of the AC at night. It was very cold, and there was no control given in the room to adjust the temperature manually. Overall, the weekend stay at Taj Alibaug Resort & Spa was good.

It is an excellent time during the afternoon at Aparanta Special thanks to Nikhil and stanzen their attention andt making memorable afternoon. Took a delightful pause from the day to enjoy afternoon snaks at taj- and it was nothing short of elegant. From the serene ambiance to the impeccable service, every detail was thoughtfully curated.
