호텔 엘 오라시

호텔은 좀 오래됐습니다. 예를 들어 테라스 천장의 석고가 벗겨져 있습니다. 경영진은 교체가 시급합니다. 아무도 책임감을 느끼지 못합니다. 하우스키핑은 매우 훌륭했고 정말 열심히 노력했습니다(팁까지 줬습니다). 테라스 카페 직원들은 전혀 도움이 되지 않았습니다. 아침 식사는 5성급 호텔 수준에는 확실히 미치지 못했습니다. 오래된 롤빵(적어도 전날 먹은 것), 오래된 토스트, 종류도 적고, 다소 무심했지만 직원들은 매우 친절하고 정말 열심히 노력했습니다. 음식은 전반적으로 한계가 있었습니다(룸 서비스). 리셉션에서 제가 질문을 하자 남자 직원이 쏘아붙였습니다. 한계가 있었습니다. 반면에 알제리의 전망은 정말 멋졌습니다(꼭 바다 전망으로 예약하세요). E층 바 서비스도 형편없고, 음료 종류도 제한적입니다. 와인은 마시기 힘들 정도입니다. 출장에는 괜찮지만, 이 호텔에서 휴가를 보내지는 않을 것입니다. 알제리에 대해 전반적으로 말씀드리자면, 사람들은 매우 친절하고 예의 바르며, (야외에서) 식당 음식은 (딱 한 번 빼고는) 아주 맛있고 저렴합니다. 택시는 아주 저렴하지만 고급차는 아닙니다 (90년대 두바이에서 보낸 초기 시절이 생각나네요). 당일치기 여행을 위한 마지막 팁은 모리타니 왕릉입니다. 영묘 옆 레스토랑에서는 숯불에 구운 훌륭한 해산물 요리를 맛볼 수 있습니다.

영어는 별로 도움이 되지 않습니다. 프랑스어나 아랍어를 구사해야 합니다. 국유의 오래된 5성급 호텔로, 최신 시설은 아니지만 안전합니다. 뒤쪽은 국방부 건물이고, 위치도 좋습니다. 시내와 바다 전망을 감상할 수 있습니다. 조식은 종류가 많지 않지만, 배부르게 먹을 만큼만 제공됩니다. 로비에는 수공예품이 판매되고 있는데, 저렴하지는 않지만 정교합니다. 객실 문 잠금장치가 고장 났지만, 해외 방문에 대한 국가 기준에 따르면 기준을 초과하지 않습니다.

카펫, 안락의자, 옷장의 청결 상태를 점검해 보는 것이 좋습니다. 객실에 불쾌한 냄새가 납니다. 리셉션과 레스토랑 서비스는 훌륭합니다.

이건 정말 제 인생 최악의 밤이었어요. 돈까지 빼앗겼어요!!

The rooms are very spacious with great view. There are no slippers, bathrobes nor kettle in the rooms.

We (group of 8 ) arrived very late (~01:00) due to issues traveling from algiers. Upon arrival, discovered miniscule rooms which were dirty (clearly unvaccumed) with bits of trash on carpet and crumbs on chair and table/desk. Sheets were stained, one bath towel (also stained), 1/2 roll of TP. A huge (water leak) bubble/blister in the ceiling drywall hanging over shower-tub from the upper floor. On going down to ask for towel and toilet paper, attendant appeared to be attending three other clients. However, the clients appeared to be deliberating whether to stay in the hotel or not. Instead of the attendant turning his attention to me while they deliberated he continued to focus on them. Another client came and just interrupted and asked for something and he switched to detention to that person. I meanwhile politely waiting, was ignored. After realizing that politeness and courtesy was not being returned, I then asked the attendant for a towel and gave me a towel I asked he water gave me a water. The attendant had also taken our passports for scanning. I asked for the passports and he informed me that they were given to another member of our party. The next morning I went down and asked for toilet paper and the attendant ( a different attendant ) inform me that he would run the toilet paper to the room. After waiting a while, I decided to go out and for toilet paper on the service cart. The ladies turned into the rooms ask me if they could help me and I explained that I needed toilet paper and they gave me three rolls of toilet paper immediately. Needless to say we ( all eight of us) left and look for other accommodations.
