더 팰리스 호텔 - 성인 전용

위치는 이화원 바로 옆에 있습니다. 이화원을 방문하기 매우 편리합니다. 바다 옆에 매우 멋지고 조용한 호텔이어야 하는데, 체크인을 해보니 전체 지역이 보수 공사 중이어서 그런 모습이었습니다. 큰 공사장이 있어서 장점이 없어졌습니다. 단점은 시내와 멀다는 점이었습니다. 포트퀸 근처 호텔에 묵는 것보다 알렉산드리아를 경험하는 것이 더 낫다는 점을 강조합니다. 객실 시설은 좋고 알렉산드리아 신식이지만 아침 식사는 5성급 기준에 미치지 못합니다.

호텔은 매우 깨끗했고 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 그들은 아름다운 정원과 전망으로 매우 좋은 분위기를 가지고 있었습니다. 그들은 또한 무료 생일 케이크로 우리를 놀라게 했습니다 ❤️🎂 수영장은 항상 열려 있었습니다 그들은 매우 신선한 주스를 제공합니다 🥤 그들은 왕실 장식을 가지고 있습니다

Set in a beautiful garden, Helnan palace hotel takes you back in time to the yesteryears when life was buoyed with old aristocratic charms. We had two of the best rooms on the top floor overlooking the well kept garden. Rooms were clean, spacious, and furnished with simple classic decors. The beds had firm mattresses which enabled good sleep at night. We woke before breakfast time but the staff managed to prepare food and opened the breakfast restaurant for us, so thank for that. It was a quiet and relax stay, and the hotel oozed with old hospitality and charms. An incident which I however have to mention is my sister had left her scarf there after checking out. After a lengthy inquiry with the hotel, a postal service for a return of the scarf to Cairo (where we would be stopping before flying home) had been arranged, which my sister took care of the cost. But the scarf was somehow never delivered. The postal trace informed us that the scarf never got sent. We expected more with the hotel but incidentally went home disappointed.

A hidden gem. Very reasonably priced. Staff were incredibly friendly and recommend the tea on the tea island which was amazing. We enjoyed the walks in the Montana Garden which was the main reason we went. The hotel is ideally located for this. The rooms are small but adequate and the bathrooms are comfortable. I would recommend this hotel

This boutique hotel enjoys a great location within the Royal Montazah Gardens. Rooms are spacious and include most amenities, and although there are no hair dryers in the rooms, the hotel can supply one on demand. The TV satellite channels do not include the major news networks alike Al Jazeera, CNN, BBC etc thus the hotel definitely need to add such channels. The breakfast was great and the service wonderful. The hot/cold water pressure in the showers made it extremely difficult and uncomfortable as you either get very cold or boiling hot water while showering, so they urgently need to fix this problem. The hotel is a royal guest house with Amazing design and furniture unique location very beautiful and quite royal park close to Al Nuzha royal palace great staff friendly and helpful perfect furniture and room size Good breakfast fabulous swimming pool you will treated as king and queen during your visit. 🔴 the hotel have a K9 security dog he is very hungry they just feed him old toasted bread and the dog have one meter length lech only he can not walk or move I wish from the manager and all the staff to take care of this dog and treat him in better way pls pls This dog need to eat walk and run every day and you have a big garden which you can release him inside and you have a restaurant which can prepare a better soft healthy food for the dog 🐕🔴 The hotel is Adult friendly children not allowed to stay.
