Review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Myself and my 6 year old have been here since Tuesday and cannot fault the place. Staff can’t do enough for you, very friendly and approachable. All areas are clean and cleaners are always seen outside and inside sweeping up ect. Fresh towels, bedding, bins emptied and room swept each day. (They even set out the teddies my son won in the vending machines on the bed ☺️) We stayed in a standard room and it was a perfect size for the 2 of us, shelves, hangers, dressing table, safe and balcony with a towel drying rack. 7 pools to choose from, different depths so great for smaller children who just want to paddle and splash around. The splash park one with slides is so good. Hydro water park across the road with slides for the whole family. 3 different restaurants to choose from, so many options for everyone. Juices, coffees, drinks for adults. The burger bar with nuggets and chips too was great. Outside bars with lovely cocktails ect. The kids bars are great with slushes, ice creams, milkshakes and drinks. Kids clubs throughout the day. Stalls around the lake at night, selling different things, there was a stall for Nutella crepes and kids glitter tattoos. Play park, mini carnival, swan pedalos, mini driving boats, mini driving trucks, mini golf and bungee trampolines. Photographers at the hotel taking family photos in the nice garden area at the back of the hotel. Beach bus every half hour from the hotel (included) We walked and it took us about 15 mins. Used google maps to get back. Shop on site and a spar just outside the hotel. Night entertainment each night although we never went as always tired after being out the whole day. Weather has been great all week considering it’s the last week of October. Perfect place for kids, I would 100% come back here, I’d definitely rate this hotel more than the 3 stars it’s got ✔️

Great for families, plenty to do for everyone. Yes you have to pay for extras but at what all inclusive dont you ? We have been 5 times in total , quiter months out of season we find best, as ques are smaller etc. But all.in all its clean , nice, near the beach and plenty for kids to do.

Average, ok for children not adults, better resorts in spain, no night life for adults, ok for children which it is after all a children's holiday, if you want a children's holiday then go, but for me did not accommodate adults, food not too good,

Just back from here and can safely say would never return. Family of 4 in a premium room.. Nothing premium about it. Old decor and we were squeezed in like sardines. Nothing like the pictures. Tiny room with double bed, bunk bed and mobile cot. 1 wardrobe with 5 hangers if lucky..... Wardrobe doors broken. Struggled to get stuff in and out. Rooms dirty, floors filthy. Maids left a note on bed saying sheets dont get changed everyday.... My baby wet the bed, no choice but to ***** it. Paid extra for premium room so could have unlimited access to the fun park. Dont waste your money, around 4 bouncy castles thats it, go karts and trampolines you have to pay for. Walls are paper thin. Can hear neighbours light switch flicking on and off. Food not nice. Very repetitive stuff. Hardly any choice for kids. On arrival had to pay a tax which was 30 euros. We werent told about this, then u have to pay for your cups. Yep! Everytime you want a drink you need to take your cup back to bar or pay for new cup. 10 floors, 6 lifts in our building. Lucky when 1 worked, then proceeded to stop at every floor on way to ground. And to top it all off..... My baby daughter became very ill whilst there in which we had to see a dr. She ended up with HAND FOOT AND MOUTH DISEASE! this resulted in her not eating and drinking and very ill. Drs said it was bad there at the moment . Why werent we informed. Because took her to drs they finally listened and making sure everyone uses hand sanitizer at dinner.... Yet she was still allowed to go in pool and restraunts where other kids are???? Ended up in our room quite a bit because of the severity of her case. No protection for other guests. I ended up looking on Internet about hotel now im home and from 2018 the hotel has had a reputation for hand foot and mouth disease. Why aren't people aware??? Also water park free.... Yet u have to pay 5 euro per sunbed, again werent told about this, have to pay for cups juat like hotel and food and drink extortionate! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

It's wad okay but not somewhere we would go again. 1) food was the same every week. Not much variation. You knew what you want having from the week prior. Some meat was still pink inside. 2) pools were freezing cold, did expect it to be a little warm but was like getting into a giant ice bath, even the water park was cold. 3) have to pay for sun loungers which no said and if you don't want to, you have to stand. Don't get given an option. They are tagged instantly so you have to pay. 4) lifts are so small and not enough for the amount of people there are. 5) kids were licking the cream scoops whilst at dinner and lunch. I understand this is more so down to the parents to deal with so no ones fault but you don't really want to be scooping ice cream after another child has been licking it. 6) other holiday members are rude. Literally a holiday for parents to go and get drunk and the kids to do whatever they want. The only thing I can liken it too is Butlins. 7) the rooms are really tiny and the beds wasn't comfortable. Everytime you moved it made a noise, walls are very thin. Could hear the alarm on someone's phone in the next room. 8) screaming and fighting in the hallways by the rooms at 2/3am. Scared us all as we were asleep and thought someone was going to break the door in. Heard from another holiday maker there was a person walking round outside the complex with a gun. How true that is I don't know. 9) every morning we would wake up with bites all round our ankles, but could never explain why. Not your normal gnat bites. Wondered if it was something else in the beds. On the plus side 1) the staff were lovely and I think with what they do here, they need to be recognised as I can't imagine it is an easy job. Apart from one staff member who told us to get out of the fun house even though we had the card. Asked if she could explain what we could use and she ignored us and walked away. Not much in there apart from 2 bouncey castles. Imagine my kids disappointment when we had to tell them they couldn't go on and couldn't explain why. 2) the bus outside is a 10 minute ride to the beach which is lovely.

I am always browsing holidays and Club Mac caught my eye a while ago for the facilities it offered including water park. When I looked into it more I learned that as well as having access to all pools in the hotel resort you also got free entry into the waterpark next door. We arrived late at night rather early hours of the morning about 5am. Check in was straightforward and our room was ready. Please note you do have to pay a tourist fee tax upon arrival. Its a Spain thing. Some tourist heavy places do this. Club Mac has 3 hotel buildings Saturn Jupiter and Mars. We were assigned Saturno / Saturn building. We think this was the best of the the three based on location and access. We managed to get to breakfast in the morning. Loads of food to choose from. Once we discovered the fried eggs and pancakes they became a staple. Now it is generally buffet food which is clearly catered to the bulk of visitors. After a while the food becomes bland and same o same o. However they have a different food theme each night. My faves was Chinese and Roast dinners. The puddings were nice. Pistachio ice cream and fruity ice cream delish. There was a salad bar and puddings. The drinks were fine. I think we guzzled Apple juice galore. They have a kids bar outside where children can get slushies ice cream and fizzy pop throughout the day. The adult bar has alcohol slushies and liquor and booze. The Pools are large and they have child pools that lets the kids stand up and swim safely. In the main pool the edges are shallow and the depth increases the further you go in. There is a life guard during active hours. Aqua fit looked fun and intense. It is s resort where families get up at the crack of dawn and place towels over the sun loungers hours before they use them. Though we were able to always get a lounger just the place to put them reduced as time went by. They keep stacks of loungers at the side so you should be able to get one The burger lake hut provided on demand hot food and drinks perfect for pool area or when sitting at the tables and parasols. There is a free bus to Alcudia Beach. You could walk there but I suggest you take the free coach as the sun is piercing. The beach is pretty. There are shops near the resort cafes bars if you wish to explore them. Staff were friendly enough. When we left the Do not Disturb sign we returned to a note from housekeeping stating if we wanted room cleaning to inform them and it could be arranged or they will do so next day if sign not left. The lifts were temperamental but worked most days. Stairs were an option. Luckily no mosquito bites for us. But we came prepared and resort has mosquito traps all over. Generally a nice family experience. If you do not leave the resort your needs are catered too. There is always something to do besides the pools. There are stage shows pool activities a park etc. A daily itinerary lets you know all that is taken place and helps you plan your days. The place was lively from aft

I’m currently on holiday for my 1 week stay at Club Mac, before I come here like everyone I check reviews. This hotel had mostly good reviews but some bad as do all, the bad reviews are clearly a joke. This hotel is brilliant, I come here with my partner we’re both in our late 20s and we’re having a great time. It’s a great place for the kids, there’s loads to do and always something going on. The staff are lovely and very polite/helpful & the rooms are good and clean too, I’ve seen people reporting rats on site through this website but I haven’t seen any, the grounds are cleaned regularly and kept up to a high standard. The entertainment here is great and very enjoyable, the water park being included too is just an added bonus. This hotel deserves to be a 4 star as aposed to 3 star. The food is what you’d expect from an all inclusive (which is very good) they have different themes each night and the drinks are great too. I see some reviews saying they are watered down but I haven’t had a drink where it tasted weak. The reviews saying everything isn’t all inclusive are correct however this is things like pool tables and arcade machines which are out sourced, personally I think this is a great idea. The individuals reviewing this hotel are clearly deluded, yes it’s a kid based hotel but it’s also great for couples. If you don’t like kids then don’t book here, the websites clearly states it’s a family based hotel and that it is. The hotel doesn’t deserve the bad reviews it gets, even down to people moaning about the weather and mosquitoes. Anyone with some sense would clearly know the hotel cannot control this and would be the same else where. That being said the weather has been good & the mosquitoes aren’t any different to if you went somewhere else in Spain. The pools are great too and there is always sunbeds available so no need to rush down and reserve them. From walking along the beach front and the town I’m glad I picked this hotel as it looks like one of the more enjoyable, atmospheric places compared to the rest. The beach/port bus runs every half hour and is so convenient, I Defiantly would come back and they don’t deserve the bad reviews they get as everyone works so hard to make your holiday as easy/enjoyable as it can be!! Just back from here yesterday & went with my family. We booked the family suite which was a good size for the 4 of us. Was great the kids having their own space with bunk beds. Our flight was slightly delayed going so we never arrived until midnight. However after checking in we were shown to the building we were staying in & they had kept the restaurant open for us arriving for something to eat. Amazing customer service doing that. Anyway this place was amazing, plenty of swimming pools to choose from and was never a problem getting a sun lounger, bars for the adults & the kids had a seperate one to go to. Loads of activities for the kids. From kids club to master chef. You just had to check the screens in the main reception to find out what was on, some need to be pre booked! Food was excellent & lots to choose from! Probably the best we have ever had from any all inclusive! Rooms were clean & tidy and were cleaned every day & new towels for showering. Waterpark is amazing as well! €5 per sun lounger was reasonable but you don’t have to get one, there was a grass area at the kids part so you can just take towels & sit there. Kids loved it and we went 3 times!! Evening entertainment was excellent, kids disco followed by bingo where you can win upto €1000. Adult entertainment was also great especially (Freddie Mercury) Overall this place is great for familys with kids & I would def go back!!! The hotel is well maintained, staff cutting the grass & ****ing, cleaners constantly cleaning, bars always staffed, pool areas washed down ( early morning) kitchen staff making sure the food is always available, Would just like to say well done to all the staff that work here as they all do an amazing job dealing with a very busy hotel that can hold 3000 people!!!! 👏🏻👏🏻 We loved it and the kids had so much fun!!

We were slightly nervous as we normally book much smaller all inclusive hotels. However, we all had a great time and the kids(7 and 10) had an amazing time. Definitely recommend the premium upgrade (named spirits at the bar and a better room). We stayed in Jupiter and could not fault the hotel. If I’m being a bit picky the room was slightly on the small side bit the perks of having tea/coffee, a free safe and complimentary San Miguel and Pepsi in the first day made up for it! The complex itself is great, clean great pools and good animation team. Yes, you will have to get up at 7am to put towels out for decent sun beds but this is the norm everywhere. Despite how busy the place is queuing for drinks was normally crazy and the selection of food don the hotels is great. Anyone who has said the food is poor is wrong! We have stayed in 4/5 star hotels on a much smaller scale. There is always a grill section in the evenings and plenty of variety for the kids and some healthy choices. Free entry to the water park is a bonus and we used this several times. If you go around 4pm you don’t have to pay for the sun beds over there either. Overall a great relaxing holiday and would highly recommend well for Club Mac!
