酒店總體環境不錯，但房間有潮濕的味道，通風不足。自助早餐非常豐盛，特別滿意！另外就是小童入住需要單獨付費，這個倒是之前沒遇到過的。

What a place!! We had the best time, they really do think of everything towels, toiletries nothing is a problem. All the staff are friendly and happy to help. The hotel was very clean. The Entertainment was brilliant the food was amazing!!! The pools were lovely and the beach is stunning. Our young boys felt so safe and loved the independence of getting their own food and drinks. I would highly recommend this hotel and if we came back to Alcudia would definitely stay here. Thank you to everyone!!

Family holiday 6 adults, 1 child- 3 rooms LOCATION- Fairly central, a few shops, restaurants and bars close by. Need bus number 324 for the old town but expect a long wait and a taxi rank on the corner. 14 euros to go to the port- 5 min drive. 5 min walk to the beach- 12 euros for 2 sun beds and an umbrella. CHECK IN quite lengthy as we needed x3 rooms. greeted with champagne / drink and ice cream. check in is 3pm but if rooms available before they will let you know. ROOMS very dated and basic. Mattresses on all our beds were very hard asked for a topper which was like a sheet. returned to reception spoke to a young lady who was not helpful at all and said that was all they could do. spoke to the customer service manager who said she would change 3 of the mattresses that day and the others the next day. Unfortunately that didn't happen but they were changed on the Thursday of our weeks holiday. Walls are paper thin and you hear everything. don't have a room next to a lift or stairway as the floor is all tiled and everything echoes such as the cleaners trolleys. You have to pay for the use of the safe, 20 euros deposit and 3 euros per day of your stay. Towels and sheets changed on request. Beach towels 20 euro deposit but again changed on request. Be aware that even 2/3 year old children will be expected to sleep on a sofa in the living area with no guard- really not acceptable. POOLS all pools are really for the children and are very busy as inflatables are allowed. Sun beds are crammed together , get up early if you need one because they go quickly. FOOD/DRINK Typical all inclusive, only one restaurant and you have to book sitting times for each meal but can change when given notice. 3 adults and 1 child in our group had upset stomach. Please check that the meats are cooked and some of the food could have been warmer. There's a food truck that sells chips, burgers etc and a fridge with cobs etc. Drinks ok but cocktails are very watery. Soft drinks and warm drinks are self serve and some beers and wines at meal times. STAFF On the whole very helpful and friendly except the young girl on reception and a couple of the male waiters in the restaurant. ENTERTAINMENT Typical for this type of resort but the team do a lot for the children. OVERVIEW An average all inclusive, rooms let it down and the noise levels day and night were awful. No return visit for us.

We hired a car and there was adequate street parking on arrival. Check in was great and friendly. Offered water, champagne and an ice lolly for the child. Able to rent beach towels for €20 per towel deposit. Safe in the room €3 a day with a €10 deposit. Apartment with a sea view was fine. Further away from the sea than I thought from the pictures but not disappointed. Room was a dining/living area with a sofa/single bed and another sofa and a table. Bathroom good and a double bedroom at the back with a wall against the corridor so that was a little noisy at night but quietened down after about 10.30pm. Point to note I think there were only 3 plug sockets in the entire apartment. The air conditioning was only just adequate. I’m unsure whether this is centrally managed (you can turn it on/off independently). If it was any hotter, at the current rate it wouldn’t have been cool enough. Pools in May were cool. The baby pool seemed cooler than the main one. Heated I think by the sun so can’t control that. We did notice that at least once over the week it was cleaned which was great. Child enjoyed the pools. Standard issues with people putting out towels early however they did appear to use them for the entire day. There are definitely not enough beds for the entire hotel. Entertainment seemed good although we went out a lot. Lots of families commented that they enjoyed it. Breakfast was good. Lots of choice of foods. We were half board so didn’t have lunch. Dinner for me was a bit bland/beige. Child enjoyed it though. Suspect this was my own fussiness. Half board doesn’t include soft drinks/juices at dinner which given the cost seemed disappointing to me. For me if I returned, I would only go bed and breakfast. Beach was nice and sandy. Sunbeds on the beach are owned by the local authority. Couldn’t figure out how to hire one but there was a minimum 4 day rental at €9.50 a day. All in all great for kids/families. We would certainly consider returning and would recommend for families. For couples/solo travellers I wouldn’t be so sure.

Beautiful hotel to spend time with friends and family. It was clean and tidy, people helpful and friendly. Carolina made our stay super special, looking after all our needs as a big group with children and babies. The food was fresh and varied, very good quality. There are 3 swimming pools, one which is for kids and babies with slides.

We have just returned from the Iberostar Ciudad Blanca, and I can testify to other reviews on here. Fabulous holiday and hotel. We were all-inclusive and booked with Jet2, we are a family of 4, our children are 18 months and 4 years old and it was perfect for them. The pools are wonderful with some music for kids throughout the day, fitness classes, and direct access to the gorgeous beach, the food is good quality and varied, a food truck is different and welcome and the selection of drinks is excellent. The evening shows are brilliant, starting with a Kahoot Quiz and then at 9 pm the main show starts. Our eldest was in love with the Frozen performance and performers, she is still talking about it. Carolina the manager was incredible, always made sure we were ok, and did everything possible to make sure we had a wonderful holiday. The location is perfect, with lots of shops and bars around, and a bus stop outside the front door. The hotel is always being cleaned, and spotless. Great hotel, you won't be disappointed!

Best Hotel staff, especially Samuel, Lobo and Martin who cared for us through the whole week. Extremely tentative staff, a credit to the hotel. The staff have made our holiday as pleasurable as possible and couldn't do enough for us which as a party of 10 wasn't easy! Every passing moment Samuel was there taking drinks orders and cleaning up a credit to the hotel!

Fantastic hotel , ideal for a family holiday. we enjoyed every moment . The swimming pools are great for kids and infants first time swimming. The staff our very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The entertainment if brilliant , many activities for children throughout the day and evening entertainment to suit all the family. We were all inclusive and there was a wide choice of food available three times per day plus snacks and ice creams in between . The bar is stocked with a full range of drinks , I liked the beer pump that allowed me to serve my own! The room was very spacious and clean, new towels provided daily plus shampoo etc provided. The beach is just at the front so very accessible, plus only a 10/15 mins walk to the harbour. all round great experience and will return again.

Had an excellent family holiday in the Iberostar Ciudad Blanca. Such a fantastic hotel, Carolina and her team provided excellent customer service and attention to detail in all they do. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a family holiday. Can't wait to return!
