Me and my boyfriend were there for celebrating a special event: my birthday. We were more than surprised and welcomed from the nice reception Ines and all the team. Everything was great and when we ask about anything we get even more. Thank you Ines, Omaima and all for your kindness and making my birthday special..keep being like that ❤️❤️❤️

We stayed here for one night and checked out on October 31st. A few hours after check out, I realised I had left my Apple AirPods in the room. I immediately phoned the number listed on the hotel website to ask them to retrieve them from the room. I was told that I had to send an email, so I did that straight away to the email address I was given. I received no response from the hotel so I emailed again the following day. I also sent a picture confirming that the last place my Airpods were located was in room 431 in the hotel which was confirmed on my ‘find my AirPods’ phone App. Despite phoning the hotel, emailing twice and sending photo evidence of their location, the hotel has still not responded. AirPods are expensive items and I knew exactly where I had left them in the room, yet the hotel has not been bothered to respond to me. I can only assume that my AirPods are being kept by the hotel staff and that the hotel does not take protection of customers property seriously.

This hotel was amazing. We had a fantastic stay. Even though it’s was mainly a resort for Spanish holidaymakers we had a wonderful stay. Staff are 10/10- super friendly, helpful and welcoming. From reception, to the cleaners, restaurant and bar staff. A very Special shoutout to Kwesi and his beautiful wife who work in the restaurant- for us they made our stay very special. Being the only black family, speaking English we did not feel out of place at all because they made us feel so welcome from the first day we came down for dinner. Not many of the staff spoke English but they did and really looked after us if we had any questions or needed help. They helped the other staff in the restaurant look after us also which was very kind of them. We are so grateful to all the staff in the restaurant- excellent service. Thank you both so so very much. Also a special mention to the entire Fanty Club staff who made our children feel so welcome, helped them make friends and got them involved in the activities despite the language barrier. They taught the kids a few Spanish words which was a lovely bonus! Also special thanks to the reception staff who were so helpful and lovely also throughout our stay. Anything we needed or were unsure of they really helped. This hotel is very clean, warm and friendly. There is a good selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant - lots of variety (Especially deserts!). Best to do all inclusive or breakfast and dinner. Also, the hotel is in a good location in terms of the beach (literally right beside the hotel). Also there is a local supermarket and strand of few local restaurants and a souvenir shop. (Best place to eat - King Kebab) . A very quite area and not over populated with tourists which is nice! Amazing coastal trail also for walks. The hotel is extremely far for any tourist attractions or city exploring and also from the airport (about 1hr 1/2 - 2hrs drive). Perfect if just looking to do a quiet getaway, retreat or seaside break. Overall a really really lovely hotel and stay. Would definitely recommend and would be back again!

Stayed at the end of October, the Halloween week in Spain. It was great fun, everyone there was Spanish and the hotel was totally decorated for the occasion. The buffet evening meal was really good and very well organised. Would stay again.

Fuimos con mis padres para San Juan y hemos tenido una experiencia muy única! ✨ Los fuegos artificiales y los tambores nos parecían fantásticos, nos hemos quedado sin palabras. Las vistas espectaculares, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia. + Mis padres tienen bastantes sensibilidades con alimentos y los dos han podido encontrar comida para su gusto en el buffet. Hemos disfrutado mucho y sin duda volveremos en el futuro.

Estuvimos un fin de semana y la verdad que todo fue perfecto, el tracto del personal ejemplar..Ángel el jefe de bares nos atendió increíble... El spa fue lo mejor y por supuesto esa piscina frente la playa, sin duda repetiremos pronto!!!💯,💯 Fecha de la estancia: mayo de 2025
