Worst hotel experience ever - will never go to Ibis hotels again. I sent the following complaint to Ibis and Accor but they never even bothered to reply. We arrived at the hotel very late at night after a long and delayed flight, exhausted and with two young children in tow. We had booked a family room, confident that it would accommodate our needs as it has on numerous previous occasions. However, we were informed at check-in that the room was only suitable for three guests and could not fit a baby cot. The reception staff were curt and unhelpful, giving us no choice but to book an additional room or find another hotel at that late hour. With no viable alternative, we reluctantly paid for the second room. To our surprise and frustration, we discovered that the rooms were indeed large enough to accommodate a baby cot, rendering the extra expense unnecessary and avoidable. This not only caused undue stress but also left us feeling unfairly treated, especially as we have stayed in Ibis family rooms with four people without issue in the past.

Es una gran opción para ir a Madrid y, en nuestro caso, al parque Warner, ya que nos quedaba justo de camino. En pleno cruce de la M50 con la autovía A5, con lo que no tienes que meterte en el casco centro de Móstoles, pero el problema es que el acceso es un poco lío, por un camino sin aceras desde un Burger King. Es muy de agradecer que hay parking cerrado y gratuito suficientemente amplio, pero el tema es que no hay aceras si quieres acercarte al núcleo urbano (que realmente está allí cerca) y resulta un tanto peligroso especialmente por la noche. Como digo, es también una buena opción para ir a Madrid, ya que es barato, y en 30 minutos te pones en Atocha con el "Cercanías", aunque es cierto que tienes unos 15-20 minutos andando del hotel a la estación de tren. En cuanto al hotel en sí, la habitación dentro de los estándares de los "Ibis", bastante bien para únicamente hacer noche aunque sí que las almohadas individuales son incómodas para dormir (una pena porque las camas están muy bien). La conexión wifi perfecta y la amabilidad de los trabajadores del hotel "de 11". A nuestra hija le dieron una bolsita de gominolas, lo cual es todo un detalle. Cuando volvamos a Madrid, repetiremos en éste o en cualquier otro Ibis.
