The actual hotel is really nice, but the customer service is awful, Tristen the general manager was extremely rude and condescending, I asked the other front desk lady for a copy of the rules and my check out sheet and he barked at her that she wasn't allowed to give them to me . he was telling me I broke one (was in my vehicle in the middle of the night) told me to look online which I have and I can't find that rule anywhere, raised his voice at me after coming up to my room, then followed me to my vehicle took pictures of me, and started saying that my vehicle was the reason he was following me. Honestly still very confused by all of this, and it just felt like he was on a power trip. Never had such a scary situation at a hotel ever especially by an employee.
