이 호텔에는 흠잡을 데가 없습니다. Paulo, Marissa, 모든 청소 직원의 놀라운 프런트 하우스 직원. 이 호텔은 재방문객이 계속해서 다시 찾는 것으로 입증된 훌륭한 평판을 가지고 있습니다. 아파트는 숙박에 필요한 모든 것이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 전자레인지. 2구 밥솥, 냉장고, 모든 식기 제공. 대형 워크인 샤워 시설, 매일 교체되는 타월, 높은 기준에 따라 청소. 영국 채널이 나오는 평면 TV. 모든 객실은 수영장을 향하고 있습니다. 수영장/유지 관리 담당자인 Pedro는 매우 전문적이고 항상 행복하며 주변을 깨끗하고 정돈합니다. 구내에 훌륭한 가격의 음식과 음료를 제공하는 스낵바가 있습니다. Natalia와 Francisco는 항상 미소를 지으며 훌륭한 서비스를 받을 수 있도록 최선을 다합니다. 슈퍼마켓은 도보 5분 거리에 있고, 코너를 돌면 매일 갓 구운 빵을 판매하는 훌륭한 베이커리와 죽을 만큼 맛있는 케이크가 있습니다. First solo trip and booked through Hayes who recommended. Never been to Portugal and wanted something quiet and friendly. This is exactly the right location, staff extremely helpful. Lots of regulars stay here and bar staff knew them all. Walked to old town everyday and although weather was unpredictable the sight seeing is exceptional. Hotel/Apt is throughly clean.

Almost 6 years since my husband and I stayed here and it was even better than we remembered, breakfast was always prepared and served fresh by a lovely young lady Manook (I apologise if I have spelt your name wrong). My daughter booked this for my birthday and I could not have wished for a better present. This was our 30th time staying in Portugal as it is our favourite destination. The weather was really bad for the full 5 days we were there, but even that did not spoil our holiday, we ate every night straight opposite the hotel at Fat Cats I must admit I ordered the same meal every night as it was delicious, but my husband had 4 different meals and enjoyed every one . We always tip for good service and when we tipped Manook and told her we were going home the next morning at 8am she opened the breakfast hall at 7.30 and cooked us a beautiful full english which we thought was above and beyond her job she is a real credit to this hotel. Hoping to return soon to this BRILLIANT hotel. MISS IT ALREADY.

went for 11 nights over christmas and New Year. Apartments were extremely large and well placed. Would of been nice to have had small welcome pack of washing up liquid, cloth scourer etc. rather than having to buy a full bottle of washing up liquid. Drinks in the bar were extremely reasonable pint of Guiness and somersby dark fruits was only 7 euros. Downside we could hear what sounded like the lift possible staff lift every time it was used we were in room 304 also the air con seemed to be on cold all the time and we could not change it. But to be fair we did not report it.

Five stars for the value. We came off peak and it's lovely. The rooms are HUGE. Quite surprising. The lady with the curly hair on the reception went out of our way to make it a cheerful stay. She was absolutely lovely. All of the staff were exceptionally nice actually. One of the cleaners was the most amazing source of information and made our stay so much better with her recommendations. The only negatives really are that the beds are quite hard, the pillows were wobbly and quite worn out and generally the place needs lots of little maintenance issues resolved and a slight update... But all in all, an absolutely wonderful stay. The bar and breakfast is nice. The pool is amazing although you won't want to go in off peak, it's freezing! It could be a real attraction if they could heat it! There is plenty of space around the pool for deck chairs. The balconies are just enough space to enjoy the outdoors whilst staying in. The TV set in the living room is large enough and there is another in the bedroom. The design of the room is very pleasant. We will definitely be returning here again. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic hotel, lovely staff well equipped and great sized rooms with balcony with a table and 2 chairs, so have terrace with sunbeds also. Great choice of places to eat, mini markets on doorstep onside snack bar and club. Great choice for breakfast, not sure about other times as we were b&b Huge sun terrace with plenty of beds and parasols, big pool with separate area for kids. Staff are so friendly everywhere and greet you with an hello and a smile just passing through. I'm loving being here. We came as a move from ukino terrace as that place had as many cockroach"s as it did staff. I recommend tropical sol in a heartbeat and will definitely be coming again. Hotel service as it should be. Well done tropical 👏

Great stay, lovely big room - a couple of small issues (lots of ants in room, cupboard door broken) but these were sorted quickly. We also found crisps on bedroom floor on check in! Great air conditioning and amazing shower. 2 adults and 2 girls (20 and 15) sharing the room - the beds in the bedroom were comfortable but the sofa beds weren’t great - 1 was really hard, the other soft with a thin mattress. Pool area was lovely, always got a sun bed but the ones with umbrella’s were taken early. Hotel itself wasn’t rowdy/noisy, no big groups but our room was near the road and we were woken a few times at around 4.30 am by people returning to other hotels/apartments. Ate mainly at the old town but had a lovely meal at the Clay Oven and bought a few things at the lovely bakery around the corner.
