메제스티 알베로벨로(Hotel Majesty Alberobello)

Dorel was very charming and helpful from before I arrived to the end of my stay. He is the best thing about this hotel. Responsive by email etc. The breakfast was chaotic... the couple running things down there need more help! I was able to sit by the pretty pool but it was not swimmable for some reason. A relaxing swim would be a nice bonus in the UNESCO town.

Nice hotel, poor cleaning. They put toilette paper with difficulty, linen sheet and mattresses very dirty. We ask more time to clean the room but the never did it. Very happy for the nice outdoor pool.

Had a great stay at Majesty Alberobello! Staff were friendly and helpful (Frederica was lovely). We had two rooms while there as we decided to extend our stay in alberobello after booking the first. Staff were very accomodating. First one came with breakfast buffet, which had plenty of choice; what you would expect from a business hotel. Basic but satisfying. Reasonably priced, as were the rooms themselves (though we were there off-peak [mid-september]). Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable; our second room had a huge balcony to ourselves. Plenty of towels and bathroom products provided. Great swimming pool, which we had to ourselves for our stay. Pool private from passers-by and surrounded by deck chairs and sun beds (the comfy kind!). Parking was free and directly in front of hotel (underground parking available for a fee). Snacks and drinks in fridge provided (although not free, but fairly priced). The location of the hotel is great; far enough out of town to be quiet at night, but only a ~10 minute walk away from the beautiful and famous trullis district. Only a few gripes: We were told in booking confirmation email that check-in time was 15.00 but when we got there we were told it was 16.00. Shame that the pool was only available for a portion of the day (09.00-18.00). It was stated that guests couldn't use room towels for the pool, and had to pay €8 to rent a pool towel (fortunately we brought out own).

My daughter’s room was right next to the lobby and the next day they upgraded her to a better room. The included breakfast was outstanding, the pool was clean and beautiful, and the location was perfect. For the price, this hotel is an excellent value!

Fantastic restaurant, food and service of top Quality. Two evening dinners, twice a great experience .The ravioli and the Irish beef, top ... The relaxed and friendly service are of sort that make vacations great.

Rich and excellent breakfast, modern rooms. Very near to city centre provided that is not in the trulli area. Walking distance from Trulli. Reccomended park booking garage. We love to see once swimming pool is open, loooks fantastic!

Hôtel de construction moderne mais la prestation est un peu décevante : pas de prise électrique dans la chambre pour recharger son téléphone (nous avons du débrancher la télé), deux soirs de suite pas d'eau chaude dans la chambre et un petit déjeuner qui est perfectible (œufs brouillés froids notamment). En revanche le personnel est adorable, soucieux de bien faire et attentionné. La piscine ouverte en mai est agréable et fonctionnelle.

Ho preso una camera per più di una settimana per lavoro. Il punto è strategico per potersi muovere. Tutto ok, prezzi giusti. Complimenti anche per i servizi offerti e la pulizia impeccabile. Personale cordiale ed educato. La SPA è la ciliegina sulla torta.

Esperienza indimenticabile. Ho soggiornato in questo hotel circa due settimane fa con la mia famiglia. La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole visitare i trulli (ci puoi arrivare a pieno). Abbiamo anche cenato due volte. Il servizio è stato impeccabile.
